The property is located just minutes from beautiful downtown Boyne city and lake Charlevoix which offers multiple eateries/ breweries, shopping and exploring. We are steps away from Avalanche mountain preserve where you can hike, mountain bike , disc golf , snow shoe/ice skate, or just take in the views of the lake. Boyne mountain resort is a short 10 minute drive. The resort offers skiing, spa services, golfing , mountain biking and an indoor water park, just to name a few! The main bedroom has a queen size bed, full closet and extra linens/ blankets. The living room has two full couches, one converting to a full size sofa sleeper. ( There is a memory foam topper on the sofa sleeper as well as an additional 2in topper underneath the bed for added comfort). Relax at home and enjoy the 55’ smart roku television that has Hulu, espn and Disney + included. Our fully functioning kitchen can serve all of your cooking needs. The one full bathroom has a washer/ dryer, full shower, linens and a multitude of toiletries should you need anything during your stay. The property has a three season room that has seating, a table, gas grill, 50 in. roku TV and a wet bar. It’s a great space to store skis/snowboards in the winter and bikes in the summer. There is spacious parking for easy access, additional parking is available upon request for boats and trailers. Boyne is full of fun and exciting things to keep you busy or a perfect place to unwind and relax!
