4 Bedrooms with one King, two Queens, a Twin, Crib, Sleepable Couch, and available Queen air mattress. Full kitchen, living room, washer and dryer. Deck and children's swings in back yard. Board games, wifi, and large smart TV to use Netflix, Disney+, etc. Long driveway fits multiple cars, also parking on street.

Convenient keypad entry for the entrance on front door.
Guests will have access to entire home except garage storage room and 2 of the 4 closets.
There is security video recording on the outside of the home.

My husband and I both graduated from Texas A&M University and moved back to town this year! We have a sweet little boy and are expecting a little girl this coming winter. We love exploring state parks, hiking, kayaking, live music, and spending time together.

Why they chose this property

This is our first home as a family! We bought this adorable house for its charm, location, and amazing backyard. It really would be the perfect space for a group of family or friends to gather over gameday weekends!

What makes this property unique

Our little house is right in the middle of everything. It straddles both College Station and Bryan. You can conveniently and quickly find yourself at Kyle Field enjoying the game or enjoying a delicious local meal in quaint downtown Bryan!
