Welcome to Milan Drive House, a beautifully decorated new construction house overlooking a magnificent 150 feet extended driveway to the garage offering executive living at affordable prices.
If it's relaxed living and plush surroundings that you are looking for, then this house has it all and is located only 27 minutes from Disney, 39 minutes from Universal Studios, and 43 minutes from Legoland.
The home is equipped with just about everything to make your vacation experience a memorable and enjoyable one. Close enough to everything but in a tranquil neighborhood perfect for your relaxation.
The 4 bedroom 2 baths home features a modern kitchen with granite countertop, custom kitchen cabinet with crown molding, breakfast island, high ceilings, tiled flooring throughout the house, and stainless-steel appliances.

Bedroom 1 consists of a large master suite with a queen bed with en-suite bathroom with double sink. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are furnished with queen beds with phone charging stations located just next to the nightstand, and bedroom 4 is furnished with 1 twin bed and 1 twin/full bunk bed which means there is plenty of sleeping space to enjoy your space. All rooms contain a 32-inches TV for personal viewing in addition to a 70-inches TV in the living room.

Family/Living room consists of a 3-seater sofa and 2-seater loveseat. Large 70-inch LED HD TV with DVR Free Sling TV with over 250 + channels to choose from. Netflix is available upon demand. The kitchen is fully equipped for a home cook meal with 3 breakfast bar stools. Dining Room elegantly styled table and 6 chairs and dining servers. If for any reason, you have to do some work, right next to the dining room is a small office space big enough to sit your laptop.

House is stocked with fresh and clean linens and towels. House is professionally Cleaned, High Touch Surfaces Disinfected, Stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and more amenities for your Arrival Use. Bathrooms and Kitchen Surfaces Cleaned with Professional Disinfectant and all linens and towels are washed with disinfected Bleach & Soap and Dried on high temperature. The cleaning Team uses Gloves and Masks during all cleaning times. During Pre-Arrival Inspection Disinfectants are used again on high touch surfaces. All to be the safest environment for Your Stay!

Fishing getaway

Clean. Easy access. Well furnished. AC worked great. Plenty of towels and bedding. Noted other reviews mentioned a problem with ants. We did not have any ants in the house during our stay. Dishwasher and laundry room were great perks! It felt like a home away from home. Only suggestion would be to have hand towels in bathrooms. We used paper towels available. Great place!

Great stay!

We enjoyed our stay - beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked so we were able to cook our own meals each night. Excellent communication with the owners. Friendly neighbors in a quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay again if we come back to the area.

Fishing Trip

Very clean new place! Could use more towels and wash cloths. Needs Tea spoons in kitchen. Overall I would return for another stay!

Perfect Hangout

House was perfect for our group of 8 adults. Plenty of room…large kitchen with open great room to hang out together. We were there for a fishing trip. Driveway was large enough to park 4 trucks each with a bass boat. VERY hard to find in this part of Florida!
