Charming home in Miacomet! This 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home is convenient to all that Nantucket has to offer - ~1.5 miles to Miacomet Beach, Ladies Beach and Cisco Beach, .5 miles to Cisco Brewery, and just a quick 2 mile bike ride into Town.

We purchased this home in July 2021 and will be gradually making improvements! We have made every effort to equip our home with everything you may need to have a wonderful stay in Nantucket - super soft sheets and towels, a well-equipped kitchen, a gas BBQ and beach chairs/ towels! The home also offers plenty of privacy from the street.

On the main floor, you will find a master bedroom (king-sized bed) with a recently renovated en suite bathroom, as well as the living area, kitchen, and mudroom.

Upstairs, you will find 3 bedrooms - King, Queen and Twin/Trundle, which share a hall bathroom. The Twin room does not have a closet (only dresser).

*** Note: The home sleeps 8 people in beds; there is an additional air mattress (Queen) that is available upon request.

Laundry is located in the basement (washer/dryer).

Plenty of parking on premises. We will provide an access code to use for a digital lock upon arrival.

Flash forward a couple of years, we got engaged on the island – and later, picked up our puppy, a mini Goldendoodle named Tuck, who's as obsessed with Nantucket as we are! In Summer 2021, we purchased this home, which we hope to gradually improve and make our own in the coming years.

Location, really! Close to all of the South Shore beaches, Cisco Brewery, Mid-Island and Town - our home is convenient to all Nantucket has to offer!

*NEW* for 2022 - Refinished kitchen floors, new Bertazzoni 4-burner range and oven, new stainless steel refrigerator. New driveway and foundation plantings scheduled for installation in April 2022, and fence/ privacy screening coming Fall 2022!
