Le calme, entendre les oiseaux et la mer. La vue éblouissante. Manque plusieurs accessoires maison (galettes pour les sièges exterieurs). Table basse de salon. Transats (il y a les coussins mais pas les fauteuils). Intérieur un peu plus chaleureux.
