Welcome to our charming and completely remodeled 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house in beautiful Nokomis, Florida! With its large and fully fenced backyard, this pet-friendly home is perfect for families and groups of up to 8 guests.

As you step inside, you'll be impressed by the modern and stylish decor throughout the spacious living areas. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and quarts countertops, making it easy to cook your favorite meals during your stay.

The home boasts three bedrooms, each with comfortable bedding and ample storage space. The bedrooms share two beautifully remodeled bathrooms. One with a shower/tub accompanied with a dedicated makeup vanity, the other features a large stand up shower. With a total of 8 sleeping spaces, our home is perfect for families or groups of friends traveling together.

But perhaps the best feature of our home is the large and fully fenced backyard. Your furry friends will love playing and exploring in this spacious outdoor area while you relax on the comfortable outdoor furniture or fire up the grill for a family barbecue.

Our home is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, just a short drive from Nokomis Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in the area. Spend your days swimming, sunbathing, or fishing, and return to the comfort of our home in the evening to relax and recharge.

Nokomis stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect. Close to beach and bike trail and pretty much anything we wanted to do. The backyard with all the wildlife going on was fun to watch. We would definitely stay again. Zach & Allison were great hosts!

Our host went over and above to please us and we would not hesitate to stay here again.

This location is so close to many beaches and if you are like my son and grandson like to hunt for Shark teeth this is the spot. Casperson Beach, Venice Beach, and Nokomis Beach plus more have plenty of shark Teeth. There is many beaches within a 20 min drive.
