Your Vacation starts here in the sunshine state, at the Three Palms Villa, on the gated family community of West Haven. Near Champions Gate shops and restaurants, and a direct route to the attractions and central Florida.
Our home has 5 bedrooms, over 2 floors with 3 bathrooms, balcony, sitting room, family room and part shaded lanai area on the pool deck, Not forgetting the games room and spa for the added relaxation, clubhouse facilities and communal pool and fitness room.
2 King bedrooms upstairs - 1 has full bathroom, garden tub and walk in shower, walk in closet and balcony.
Queen guest bedroom is downstairs with adjoining family bathroom with single vanity, tub with shower and toilet.
2 twin bedrooms upstairs share the third bathroom , and the larger bedroom also has a wooden cot ,

Towels and linens are provided .
Wifi is wireless and cable TV is provided by Spectrum with smart TV;s for your favorite netflix or Utube channels.

Full kitchen provides social interaction with an open plan design leading to the patio area for brunch, a swim or sunbathing. Pool/Spa may be heated at an extra fee and recommended for the cooler months.

Games room has a pool table and air hockey for guests who like a bit of competition.

Great place to stay

Nice comfortable spacious home, great for larger families. Cheryl was very responsive whenever we had questions and easy to deal with. Close to Disney parks, Publix and other stores and services nearby. Enjoyed our stay.

Even better than pictured

The host made the whole process very easy and was quick in communication. The gated community was nice and well kept, woth amenities close by. The house was bigger than anticipated and made for a comfortable stay. A couple of things that could be done to elevate the experience would be to leave out a broom & vacuum for guests to use as needed. We purchased a broom, but would have loved to use a cheap vacuum to tidy up since we had a long stay. Overall, great property that is close by to all the action. But far enough away to not be annoyed with the dense tourism.

Great Location for Short/Long Stay in Orlando!

Renting process was easy; house is big and comfortable; the location is great! Nice pool area too. Improving opportunities: beds are not comfortable at all; we had to put the mattress on the floor .Carpet was not clean, next day after we arrived we had to use the vacuum and the amount of dirt was unbelievable! My son is allergic to dust so you can imagine his first 3 days. A lot of insects in the house, ants and we saw one cockroach. Knives at the kitchen were not cutting at all, they should be replaced.. Hello Carlos Sorry you decided to comment in your review about the carpets but did not contact the management team to attend if there was any issues. No Guests have mentioned the beds being uncomfortable so sorry you feel these were not to your particular level of comfort. Also we are in Florida so you will experience natural wildlife but the homes are sprayed and again we could have investigated at the time had we been informed. To date the top floor of the home recently (April 2022) had all carpets upgraded and replaced with new. New seating in the family room to the patio. We hope you will see the new photos and trust our future guests will agree we are working to improve elements brought to our attention. Thank you
