This home makes a splendid gathering place for families with two master suites, four additional bedrooms, a spacious, open living/dining/kitchen floor plan, den with pool table and media room, loft with additional TV spot, plus multiple patios and a huge main deck.Â

There is also a 7th sleeping space with a queen bed off the main living space that has a room divider screen vs a proper door (it is not advertised as a bedroom but certainly can be used as such).
The home itself is perched on a hilltop vantage point overlooking a large mountain meadow valley that is teaming with wildlife throughout all seasons. It is common to see elk, deer, wild turkey, fox, many varieties of birds including hawks and eagles, and even the occasional black bear from the comfort of many outdoor and indoor vantage points.
Consistent with most Colorado mountain resorts, the home does not offer air-conditioning. Most homes are equipped with either a ceiling fan, box fan and at least one opening window to assist with climate control..
Please note that, like most properties in the area, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation. Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s.
