Place was very nice & spacious. Beds were comfortable and having the two bedrooms/two baths worked great for two couples. Location was also great, we could actually walk to the downtown area. Loved the Durango area, would love to go back. Highly recommend staying at these condos, everything you need is there!

This is a very nice property; well appointed, roomy, clean and a responsive host. The primary bed was exceptionally comfortable. The only downside for us it was just a little too far to walk downtown (about 1.5 miles to the establishments we went to). I would defiantly stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The only issue I had was that we were asked to wash towels before we left and there was no laundry detergent provided and I had to hand wash our coffee cups as many of them had lipstick stains from a previous guest. All in all very minor things. Beds, showers and all linens were extremely clean and the property is very well maintained. Great location as it was easy to get around town and see and do all the fun things in Durango.

The place was nice and clean. The owner should indicate the 2nd bedroom has a Murphy bed and “downtown” access does not mean walking distance.

We enjoyed staying in this property. It was clean and really nice for the 4 of us. The only thing I would mention is that the queen bed is a Murphy Bed. lol! We didn’t notice in the pictures. But our friends slept in it and said it was comfy. So no problem at all. Cute place and close to town. (Not within walking distance for us) Was quiet and we used the very well stocked kitchen a lot. I would stay here again!

The property was as described. It was very well stocked and in a good location. There was an issue with the WiFi, but the property manager quickly got it fixed. We were thankful for the window A/C units, as it was very warm during our stay in Durango. The bed in the primary bedroom is very high, but there is a step stool available if needed. The people upstairs seemed to have small children running often which caused overhead noise; not sure if they were guests or permanent residents.
