The cabin is beautiful and very clean. The arcade games were a hit with the 11 year old grandson. We did not call but want to note a few things for management. The hot tub temperature stayed at 80, no higher, which was a bummer. The beds were very firm(some people sleep on firm mattresses, we do not). The creek was not accessible as we thought would be and the hill was a little tricky when trying to sit in the chairs at the fire pit. We are easy to please, and had a great experience, we just feel these items need to be noted. The neighborhood is very nice and there were extra of items we thought we may need to take. We would visit again for sure.. Just know how to plan for next trip.. Thank you!

Dogs and mountains

Our stay was great. The house was pretty perfect for our short trip. The cabin seemed to have everything we needed. The only negatives were the cabin could have been cleaner. There were pieces of french fries and food under furniture that my dogs wanted to get at. There were also so questionable stains and markings on some linen. The positives were pet friendly, nice quiet neighborhood, yard to walk dogs, no steps to enter, parking close, close to everything we wanted to do.

Great Cabin but beware

So upon arrival cabin was clean from outside. The front door does not stay closed unless you use the dead bolt. The door knob to the back deck is about to fall off. The door to the laundry room fell of the track and we ended up having to remove the door all together because it would not close, before we left my husband fixed it temporarily as it needed new hardware. The fridge leaked water on the floor everyday and we had to keep a towel under it, I found a mop but it was full of hair and was yellow and brown. The area rug in the livingroom had stains all over it and the couch had a huge stain on the arm. There was only 2 rolls of toilet paper total for 4 adults staying 6 nights so we had to go buy more. We eneded up having to buy paper towles as there wasnt even a full roll and had to purchase dishwasher detergent as they only provided 1 pack. There was no hand soap any where so had to buy that also. Had to buy detergent to wash towels with since there were only 6 towels total for the stay. Had to buy cleaning supplies as well since there was none to be found. Most of the utensils had been put away with food still on them as well. The remote for the livingroom was missing could not watch tv but maintenence brought one out a few hours after I messaged. The cabin was clean if you didn't look to hard. The outside had a huge yard and hot tub was clean. I would stay again if the things listed above were addressed and did not have to go buy all the things needed for daily use.
