Just minutes away from local attractions. 3 King beds, 1 queen bed and 1 queen sofabed, 2 full baths, kitchen and living room. Outside you'll enjoy unparalleled river views and access. We also have a tree swing, porch swing and hot tub for your enjoyment. We include one adult and one youth kayak.

The property was as described and had the best back porch area ever. It fit our entire family and we all loved it. We will definitely want to return and stay again. The host/hostess were absolutely the best to deal with, responded to all questions promply. Do yourself a favor and rent from them. The location is also very easy to reach all the thinga you could want to do in the area. Not to mention less than 1 mile from the best BBQ I have ever ate. Thank you again for letting us enjoy this home.

Great landing pad

This was a fantastic spot to recharge after a day out with good communal space and individual spaces. Some geese even came to say good morning while we had our coffee by the river to start our day.

Peacful, quiet and clean

We enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and welcoming, the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed the back porch mostly with the view and sounds of the river it was the perfect spot to spend the evenings relaxing with the pups after a day of doing all the things. The beds were a little firm for our liking but still able to get a good night's rest. We didnt get to use the hot tub but it was sparkly clean if we would have had time to use it. Will book again when visiting!

Couldn’t have asked for a cozier home to stay in !!!

Loved our stay. It was just like our own home and felt safe and cozy ! Walking outback to the river and kayaks and the back deck was so beautiful every morning . The home has left us many memories and lots of laughs! I couldn’t have hoped for a better home to stay for our vacation !

Feels like home

A lovely home in a quiet, relaxing neighborhood on the river. This home is warm, welcoming, and we loved the convenient location. Coming back from our busy itinerary each day to a relaxing jacuzzi really made it perfect. The owner‘s attention to country decor really tied the whole experience together. This home is very clean and organized and we were very happy to stay here. We hope to stay here again in the future. Thank you so much for a wonderful home to stay in on our family vacation.

Our stay has been awesome. We just wished there was a walkway or something that would make it easier to get down to the river. We’ve enjoyed our time here a as family and we’ve had lots of fun.

Great for families!

It was a perfect space for our family. Very clean inside. Everything was perfect! A little disappointed that we couldn’t use the grill. (A small clean grill would be a nice update) River access was a bit treacherous but doable. We enjoyed it and would stay again.

Loved back porch with river and colored leaves. So relaxing on porch swing and rockers. Never enjoyed a place with a water view even in the bathroom. Great experience.

Perfect for our holiday family vacation!

This property was perfect for our multi-family holiday getaway. We had 7 adults (4 families total) and two elementary aged children. The rooms were a good size with comfortable king sized beds. The decor was quaint and thought the home is not modern in style, it had all the modern accommodations you’d expect to find in a vacation home. The back yard and hot tub were our favorite elements. The owners were easy to communicate with and quick to respond when we needed them. We would absolutely stay here again.

The home was clean, there was a strong odor permeating the entire place upon arrival, took us several hours to identify, appeared to be the kitchen sink, tried to cover it up while away to reduce the smell as it was really strong. We enjoyed our stay and had a great time despite that minor set back. Appreciate you opening your home.

Best Friends Birthday week

The location of the property is right outside of the pigeon forge area. The small river in the back yard was great for fishing and kayaking. The owner of the rental even offered to let us fish at one of his other locations, lakeside. The massage chair in one of the bedrooms and the video arcade game in the living room were nice additions to the rental. There were 5 total in our group, plenty of room for all of us.

Peaceful

We were lookinv for peace and relaxation and your placed was just that, peaceful and restful. All of the bedrooms provided rest. The living room was able to give us a gathering place to sit and chat with each other. The kitchen had a good supply of plates, cups, utensils and pots/pans that enabled us to cook our breakfast to start our day. The back porch was a favorite of ours, with the river and the porch swing. The hottub, though small. and firepit was nice also. The host responded to our questions. One of our friends said a starting bundle of wood would have been nice. The only real issue was getting the towels dried, maybe leave directions for it. But I did not reach out to the host to ask about this. The six of us really needed a break and this place fulfilled what we were looking for. Thanks.

Nice location and view!

This place is great! The river and location were top notch!! My kids enjoyed the hot tub, river, porch and kayaks as much as we did. There were plenty of dishes, utensils and space. Super close to walmart and DG. The game machine the kids loved. However, there is a musty/mildew odor in the whole home and updates are greatly needed in the kitchen. Front door is tricky to lock. Beds are not great and very squeaky, and the master bedroom has barn doors so not good for adult privacy, (the one to the kitchen doesnt lock). Overall great place (we arent fancy people).

House was in a great location. Quiet neighborhood close to many restaurants, grocery and attractions. House was much larger than appears from the outside and the pictures online. Beds were surprisingly comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again.

Our stay was amazing, the home and location were beautiful and communication with the owners was on point! We really enjoyed this location. The river was peaceful and we enjoyed spending our evenings around the fire pit. Only downside - the beds were horribly uncomfortable and noisy (squeaking with every movement). With several family members who have back issues, the uncomfortable mattresses did have a negative impact on our vacation.

Smokey Mountain getaway

Absolutely amazing home. The experience was fantastic from the moment of contact with Lisa. She was quick to respond and very informative. Pays attention to detail and very helpful. The river is beautiful, grounds are clean and quiet. Home was clean and set up nicely. Directions on how to take care of everything were very clear and we were given useful information to make our stay even better We definitely recommend this home as your home away from home

We visited Ronnies Riverfront property for a family vacation and we were extremely pleased. The home was exactly as depicted in pictures, clean and had a great vibe for each of us from age 13-58! The kitchen was ready to be used, as we ate most of our meals there. There was plenty of room for our group of 8 to spread out and not be on top of each other. We all enjoyed the hot tub and a few in our group also enjoyed the kayaks. The neighborhood was safe and we really liked the location while visiting Dollywood and the tourist sites. We would recommend this location for a family vacation and would stay here again. Thank you to the owners who made our family vacation memorable and comfortable!

My husband & I love the smokey mountains and visit as often as possible. I grew up near Chattanooga TN and it's great to return to our roots and spend time with family. With our vacation home it makes it easier to enjoy a visit more often we hope to share the home we enjoy with you!

Why they chose this property

We were renting cabins and had some trouble with tight driveways and long drives back to them, so we looked for our own place. We enjoy seeing the leaves turn in the fall and all the concerts offered close by. We enjoy relaxing and watching the sunsets. Our favorite amenity is the hot tub. We love to go to several of the shows close by as well as the restaurants nearby. We're also just a few miles from The Island and the cool things it offers including The Wheel (Giant Ferris Wheel)

What makes this property unique

We love being in the natural wonder around the home. Having a hot tub on site is wonderful. We are close to restaurants, Shows & Museums. Our favorite restaurants are Apple Barn, Local Goat, Junction 35, & Blue Moose. Our favorite shows are the Stampede, Pirates, and Country Tonite
