This fully renovated units located on the main floor of a building, you can enjoy the private patios, and relax with yard and kind of mountain views.
The units were set up to welcome and host a group of families and couples. If you are a group of friends instead please send me a reservation request and we shall go through the house rules first before accepting the reservation.

Three Bedrooms have one king sized memory foam bed and another bedroom housed two queen sized memory foam beds. and four full bathrooms.
Two living rooms were equipped with two Queen Sized pull-out sofa beds with memory foam mattresses. The unit can accommodate comfortably up to 14 people.
four full Bathrooms are equipped with essential needs: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hairdryer and so on and dedicatedly service the four bedrooms.

The four bedrooms have its own entrance doors. The Guests can wake up or sleep late or walk to outside without interrupt other sleepers. The setups were loved by a group of friends or group of couples or few families to travel together, but also have their own privacy.

Two modern kitchens are another favorite spots that guests loved, fully equipped with all kind of gears for preparing a good dinner.

WIFI and other needs are provided through checkin instructions.

Visit the visitor center just 5 minutes driving from the vacation home.

If any noise complaints from neighbors, a big fine will be issued by the security or condo or RCMP as per by-law or may be Evacuated through Airbnb Security Department. 2. No extra guests allowed to stay overnight other than registered on the reservation; 3. We are not responsible or liable for any lost or damaged personal belongings during your stay, please keep the access and patio door locked all the time. 4. No outdoor shoes allowed inside the unit; 5. No Wet snow board or other sport equipment allowed to bring into the unit 6. No drug activities inside the unit; 7. No candles allowed except for a quick birthday cake (blow down); 8. Other specific requirements and damage penalty list are on the detailed checkin instructions.

The rooms were nice and fit our needs perfectly. Good location. Check-in and check-out was easy. Frank had good communication. We were disappointed that the hot tub was out of order but Frank made it right.
We loved this rental! A couple things needed repair but the owner was very fast to help with any concern. Would definitely go back here with family or a large group! I loved all the bunnies around the property that entertained us from the patio areas
We had a great time in Banff and a lot of that had to do with location of the condos. Great location! Frank the host was easy to work with and the communication was fantastic. We would definitely stay there again!
I planned a mother/daughter weekend retreat and was hopeful I would find the perfect place in beautiful Canmore, AB. As soon as I found this rental, I knew I found the perfect accomodation for us. The 4 units were well stocked with everything we would need for a girls weekend.
A few of us were able to use the outdoor hot tub while another group went hiking. 2 of the units were larger and these are where we gathered together to share our meals.
We also had a friendly bunny visiting us just outside on the lovely balcony as these units are on the ground level.
We are planning a repeat trip next year to make this an annual tradition. Very grateful!!

We are professional engineers, we do like to work for public and also like mountains and rivers and we have spent lots of weekends hiking around Banff and Canmore area. In 2019, one idea came to us: "why do not we purchase few hotel condos for our weekends and host some quality guests during vacant periods?" We made it.
We are willing to host friendly and respectful guests who are seeking for wonderful and memorable holidays in Banff and Canmore area. We will do my best to make every guest stay comfortable as home.
We would request all the guests not to ware outdoor shoes inside the unit and not bring outdoor sporting equipment inside as well such as snowboards, snowshoes, skis and so on.
Most importantly, this unit is PET FREE unit, we expect the guests follow this extremely important rule as some of the guests are allergic to pets and they booked this unit specifically due to the pet free policy. Let's work together and create a friendly environment for everyone and not to hurt others.
Party is encouraged, why not, eh? but please do not bring foods and drinks to the bedrooms. Looking forward to hosting you!
