Cozy house with stunning views

Our house is nestled up in the hills of Copperopolis and overlooks beautiful Lake Tulloch and Calaveras County. The location provides a central location for adventures, to Yosemite, Bear Valley, Jamestown, Murphys, and much more. Our spacious home is perfect for families, and we can accommodate 6 adults and 2 children with ease. There is a spacious kitchen, large living room with plenty of couch space. There is an outdoor wood-burning fire pit for nightly s'mores. This place is perfect for family getaway any time of year.



*Due to HOA policies changes, the Kiva no longer allows us to issue guest passes for short term renters. We can provide options for lake access upon inquiry.

Our 6-person group's average age is around 80. A railing along the stairs up to the house would be helpful. The driveway is difficult to ascend on foot. We must shuttle people and supplies by car into the garage to avoid the stairs and driveway. Other, younger clients may have similar challenges. Also a large serving bowl for the kitchen would be good. Otherwise, a fine destination.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The views were absolutely gorgeous and one of the highlights of our trip. The home was very clean, well-maintained, and the kitchen was beautiful and fully equipped, making it easy to enjoy meals while taking in the scenery.The only issue we experienced was with the air conditioning. It stopped working, and the house became quite warm in the afternoon. The housekeeper responded very quickly and made every effort to resolve the problem, which we greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, the AC never fully started working again during our stay.That said, opening the windows brought in a nice breeze, and the temperatures cooled down enough that it wasnโ€™t a major inconvenience for us. However, it could be more problematic during the hotter months of the year.Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property for its stunning views, cleanliness, and beautiful accommodations.

Thank you for staying with us Shannon. I apologize that you feel the AC never fully worked again. I wish you would have informed me after we sent someone over to repair it. I would have gone to greater lengths to resolve the issue had I known it was still a problem. It has just been serviced and hasnโ€™t shown any issues but I will definitely look into this greater. Thank you for the honest review so I can make sure other guests donโ€™t experience any issues. We hope to have you back again soon.

Me and a few friends stayed here as a pre-golf teip stay before our stay and play at Copper Valley Golf course. We've stayed other places before usually in Angel's Camp, but this was a lot closer and justvtje rightns

Staying at this beautiful lakeview property was well worth the stay! It was the cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed at to date. The best part, it was cheaper than a 5 Star Hotel! Other family members that stayed at a hotel were very envious and requested the address for their future stays.

Very nice home that was nice and clean. It would be nice if the master bathroom had a door and the master bedroom had side tables for the bed. Communication was excellent. The driveway/garage is daunting the first time you are confronted with it.

We stayed here due to proximity to our families home up there. The house is roomy, the yards are fully fenced and itโ€™s very clean. Steep driveway so it was nice that we were able to park in the garage. My children (ages 10 and 12) instructed me to give five stars Would stay again.

Why they chose this property

This property was bought about a year ago. It has been completely updated with brand new furniture state-of-the-art televisions and a brand new kitchen remodel. It is a single-level house and there is plenty of room to spread out.

What makes this property unique

The views at this house are unbelievable. It is close to town, Lake Tulloch, and numerous hiking trails. It is very quiet and nestled in the hills. There are incredible views for miles! On a clear day, you can see Half-Dome in Yosemite. You will be able to live the laid-back lake life that we love!
