The home was a very comfortable place to stay in a nice quiet neighborhood. The owner’s welcoming touches of snacks and water were a pleasant surprise. We would definitely stay again.

Excellent place to stay

This was a perfect weekend-get-away stay. Host was excellent in communication and accommodating. There was a lot of extra effort put into this property to make it welcoming and comfortable.

We had a nice stay and really appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the home. It was wonderful to arrive and find a bag of ice in the freezer, along with granola bars and chocolates. The host clearly cares about the details, right down to the nice towels and embossed toilet paper. The ramp was a fantastic feature that made the home perfectly accessible for my nephew in his wheelchair. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and my daughter-in-law slept great in the king bed. Having a bathroom in the double queen room was incredibly convenient, and we loved that there were plenty of suitcase stands provided.There were a few downsides to our visit. First, the Wi-Fi was very slow, though we did appreciate the creative password. We were also quite surprised that a dog was allowed to come right up to the back door and bark for quite a bit on multiple occasions. The soundproofing between floors is also lacking; we could easily hear the people downstairs and imagine they could hear us just as well. Lastly, it was a bit frustrating to pay a standard cleaning fee but still be assigned the chore of stripping the beds before checkout.

It met our needs. We were in town for a large family gathering. Was able to watch the Utah football game late saturday night in the living room without disturbing people who wanted to sleep. The only improvement would've been to have regular coffee kcups. There were only decaff and flavored coffees. The place is tastefully decorated and comfortable. I like the keypad entry.

Inside was well maintained with many extras to make our stay comfortable. Little details add up to make a huge difference between a 4 star rating and 5 star. I rarely give out 5 star reviews and only do so for those who truly deserve the top rating. This is one of those.
