Aspen Ridge Townhomes are ideally located in the Mountain Village Core just steps from skiing, dining, shopping and activities.

This north facing 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath deluxe ski in/ ski out townhome offers a spacious living room with adjoining fully stocked kitchen and private deck with gas BB-Q grill. Guests can step out their door to the slopes or take a scenic stroll to the golf course. The views and location don’t get much better than this.

Amenities in this townhome include a gas fireplace, free wireless internet access, washer/dryer, flexible bedding and garage parking for one vehicle. Guests of Aspen Ridge #24 will also enjoy the sunny spa room featuring a private indoor hot tub and dry sauna.

Aspen Ridge does not allow dogs at any of their homes. If a dog is discovered, a substantial fee as well as a carpet clean will be charged at the guests expense.

Amazing location and home!

This was our first time staying in Aspen Ridge and we will definitely be back! The home is spacious, comfortable and well appointed. Perfect for 4 adults and 3 teens. Ski in and out was great along with easy access to all shopping and dining options in Mtn Village. We would definitely stay here again!

Great condo

This is a wonderful property. It is located with direct access to the ski slopes right outside the back door. It could not be more convenient. The place is clean an well kept. We had a great time.

Spring break

Great location. Very clean. Spectacular views from the living room and kitchen. Comfortable beds. Ski in and out awesome. Only suggestion would be to pay 200 a put in a Sonos speaker for guests. Using the CD player with only a few random options wasn't ideal. Also, better quality toiletries and a more of them. The small bar of soap didn't last the week. That part felt like staying at a holiday inn. That said...we'd book this place again and bring a portable speaker and our own toilettries.

Very nice location close to village center

Condo is in a great location close to the village center so easy walking to everything in Mountain Village and the Gondola. The condo is three stores so there is a lot of stairs which was a little bit of a disadvantage for us but not a deal breaker. the condo was very clean and is in great shape. Our only issue was we couldn’t find where to dispose of or trash as there isn’t a dumpster nearby and we couldn’t get in touch with the property owner to figure out what to do. Other than that this is a great condo which would be good for winter or summer.
