Relaxation, perfect sunsets, and emerald waters await from our beach front condo


Conveniently located between Pensacola and Destin, our condominium is nestled on the white sand beaches of Santa Rosa Island along Florida’s Emerald Coast in beautiful Navarre, Florida. A stay at Regency 503 will afford any visitor an opportunity to relax in comfortable and welcoming accommodations while enjoying a commanding view of the breathtaking waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Our 1,522 square foot condominium features two bedrooms and two full bathrooms with spacious accommodations for six occupants. In addition to two swivel lounge chairs, the living room includes a couch and loveseat, both offering full view of the Gulf and access to the 30 foot wide private balcony. The dining room offers comfortable seating for six with additional seating at the kitchen bar. The master suite has a king-sized bed with full access to the private balcony and private bathroom with a granite countertop double vanity, whirlpool tub, and separate, large tiled shower. The second bedroom features two queen-sized beds and private bathroom access with granite countertop double vanity and large tiled shower. Both bedrooms boast large closets with additional linens and ample hangers. The full kitchen has beautiful granite counter tops and offers both Ninja and Keurig coffee makers as well as a Ninja blender, large Cuisinart toaster, Instant Pot Vortex air fryer, and crockpot. Adjacent to the kitchen is a large laundry room with a full sized washer and dryer along with an iron and ironing board so everyone can look spectacular for those family beach photos! Lastly, the balcony offers elevated seating for six with two pub style tables and a single chaise lounge.

Reserved COVERED parking is included with each reservation!

Between mid-March and October 31st, each reservation also includes daily beach service!

Great Experience

We have stayed at the Navarre Regency multiple times and we were especially happy with this condo. The condo is very well done with much thought put into the rental experience. Communication was great with Joe & Ashley and their communication was very helpful with on the amenities of the condo. We will definitely rent from the May’s again when returning to Navarre.

Paradise at the beach

This property is one of the best we have stayed at. You can’t beat the views. The property felt like home. Everything was well stocked including little extras and high end soaps. It is very well decorated and the furniture is very comfortable.

Gorgeous Emerald Coast Condo

This well appointed condo is owned by the most attentive and gracious hosts I've ever encountered. The unit is beautiful, with high quality linens, comfortable furniture, and a very well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed cooking a couple of nights and found everything we needed. The location is wonderful! The area just outside the condo is less crowded than surrounding areas. This time of year was especially peaceful. Having the chair service at the beach was an added bonus! There are several restaurants withing walking distance, which is nice if you aren't in the mood to drive anywhere after relaxing on the beach. We would welcome a return visit to this beautiful condo!

LaborDay Weekend

This was a one of a kind condo,as described. By saying that I mean just all around wonderful. Very clean, comfortable and spacious. We had all the comforts of home and more. Master Bed very comfortable and jetted tub was large and relaxing. The balcony is HUGE and the view is Breathtaking. The kitchen was large and well stocked with all you need to make some nice meals. The weather was not good, but the condo comforts made up for it, and we got to see the large surf roll in from the storm. We felt totally comfortable staying during the tropical storm weather. The office personnel were very nice and helpful with all the info they provided. Were very informed and profesional about the storm preparations. No panicking, which was calming for us. We were able to get out and about some in Navarre Beach. We enjoyed that, as well. Walked along the beach that was right out the door of the building. Loved that there was not a long walk to get to beach or pool area. Pool and area was very clean and maintained, even with storm conditions. Having a coding system for entry into condo was nice. Made checking in a breeze. Nice large carts downstairs to tote all your belongings right in elevator lobby. This condo is located right as you get off the elevator, but never heard any noise at all from outside. There are 2 sets of 2 elevators. One set on each side of building, but can walk along the outside open balcony on bay side all the way from one to the other. Ate at East Bay Crab House. It was very Good. The prices were reasonable for what we thought was good fresh seafood. Peggy was wonderful to work with. Such a caring soul. We would definetly rent from her again. Cannot wait to go back to Navarre Beach. Thanks for offering your wonderful condo to us, Peggy. We soo appreciated your Kindness and Attention to other's needs. :)

The owners were very communicative. They began sending us updates a week prior to arrival. They were super encouraging about an early check-in. They also made an effort to go above what many other owners do. For example, we received a welcoming note and gift, the bathrooms had hand soap and a box of toiletries in case we forgot items. They had two beach chairs, beach towels, beach games, etc that saved us space on packing. And the kitchen was the best stocked that we’ve ever stayed at the Regency. Loved the upgraded showers and tub!

The condo pics look amazing and it was the same in person. Loved the decor, setup, balcony, bathrooms etc. everything was so well stocked, and neatly labeled. A great view of the beach and pier. These are the best VRBO owners I have ever rented from. Communication was very proactive on condo details, access, and even let us know our check in could be a little sooner than expected since previous renter left early. All details were so well organized, anytime I txt them with a question it was a very prompt response and so politely answered. There attention to detail did not go unnoticed and was greatly appreciated. We look forward to coming back again!

It was an easy process to check in, if I had any questions etc, always a quick response. The condo is beautiful, with up to date appliances/furniture etc .. (my grandson who is 6 yrs old, loved the bathtub and showers), My daughter in law and I said we wanted to move in! 😉 Beautiful view, great size balcony, nice view of the pier as well, close to alot of restaurants, stores etc. We loved it! ❤

One of the best!

This condo is one of the best VRBO rentals we have ever stayed at. The host is so so kind and communicates with you from the start. She was very helpful and caring! With Covid being such a concern, I felt so confident is her commitment to the condo being sanitary and indeed it was spotless! This unit is on the fifth floor and the views are wonderful. The balcony furniture is comfortable and prefect for relaxing in. I did lots of yoga on the spacious balcony as well. The furnishings inside are very clean and very comfortable. The kitchen is super well stocked for cooking. We Ate in most of our week and had everything we needed. The washer/dryer appear to be new and have a large capacity. The master bed is super comfortable with ultra-soft bedding and the second bedroom has two queen beds with lovely bedding as well. All the rooms are quite spacious and the bathrooms are downright luxurious. Seriously, I loved that master shower! There are so many “extras”....soaps, shampoo, conditioner in the baths; dishwasher pods and dish soap; laundry supplies; trash bags; soaps at the sinks; a bunch of beach towels (so nice to not have to pack those!); some beach chairs/floats. Those extras really made our stay so welcoming. Even though condo door is located across from the elevators, I really never heard any noise from that. Also, despite the building being full of families we rarely had to wait for even a few min to have an elevator ourselves. The trash shoot is also conveniently across from the condo. There is covered parking, so nice with the Florida sun. I’m hoping we will be able to return to THIS condo next year. Just a FABULOUS place with a WONDERFUL owner!!

Great unit in a wonderful complex. It was so nice to have two sets of umbrellas and chairs so we could spend hours on the beautiful beach. The patio is just breathtaking . The complex's pool was always the perfect temperature. The unit was well equipped with everything we needed, including plenty of both beach and bath towels. Overall great experience and will be coming back next year.

This is our third stay at the Navarre Beach Regency and our first first with Peggy. She communicates early in the booking process and will quickly and thoroughly respond to your inquiries throughout your stay. Talking to her is like talking to an old friend and she genuinely wanted to ensure our family enjoyed our stay at her property. There was an issue with the clothes washer early in the week and Peggy had a service tech in the condo within 2 hours of my call, and a replacement installed within 24 hours! Our family LOVES Navarrre Beach and we WILL be booking with Peggy again!

Amazing Condominium!!

Peggy is a superb communicator and has done an outstanding job of ensuring her guests have everything they need for a relaxing vacation! I could live in 503. Love, love, love it. Melonie, her housekeeping lady works really hard making the place look brand new. The views are incredible, the walk-in showers are awesome and the groundskeepers at Navarre Regency do an outstanding job keeping the pool, lobby, etc. clean and beautiful. You won't regret booking 503!!
