Awaits a new family-friendly and cozy furnished holiday house in timber construction; with thermal glazing and underfloor heating. Private entrance and a spacious terrace with garden furniture. Bus stop and shops are located within a radius of 300m or 1000m. The nearest beach is 1.7km; the center is around 1.0km.

Shower room with toilet, kitchen with four-burner stove, refrigerator, oven and all additional kitchen utensils, bedroom with double bed (2 * 80 * 200), the kids bunk in the loft with 2 large beds (90 * 200), large living and dining area with extending table and chairs, cozy 3-seater sofa, open staircase, diverse reading material for children and adults, satellite TV, music system, WiFi. Initial as beds made on arrival and towels.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in der es an nichts fehlt.Gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen, alle weiteren Dinge (Einkaufen, Strand, Hafen, etc.) lassen sich gut zu Fuß erledigen. Praktisch auch die Zuganbindung von Travemünde, falls man mal kurz ohne Auto nach Lübeck will (Fahrzeit mit der Bahn ca. 20 Minuten).

Wir wurden sehr nett von unserer Vermieterin empfangen. Wohnung ist wie eine kleine Doppelhaushälfte. Unten ist der Wohnbereich mit Sofa und Fernseher. Ein Tisch und 4 Stühle sowie die Küchenzeile runden das Erdgeschoss ab. Im Obergeschoss war das Bad mit Dusche und das Schlafzimmer. Betten sehr bequem und die Matratze nicht durchgelegen. Platz im Kleiderschrank ausreichend. Im Dachgeschoss waren noch 2 Einzelbetten.Desweiteren hatten wir eine schöne, nicht einsehbare Terrasse mit Tisch und Stühlen. Die Wohnung enthielt alles was man braucht und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben. Alles in Ordnung und sauber. Die Treppe nach oben ist wirklich steil - evtl zu bedenken bei kleineren Kindern. Was für uns sehr überraschend war - wir hatten auf den Fotos nicht speziell darauf geachtet - dass es kaum Möglichkeiten gibt sein Gepäck aus den Koffern zu befreien und in Schränke zu packen. Möglicherweise für ein Pärchen über ein langes Wochenende, aber nicht für eine vierköpfige Familie für zwei Wochen. Die Kommunikation war durchweg nett und freundlich

Genau das Richtige für zwei Erwachsene

Für uns beide genug Platz, alles sauber, alles vorhanden. Kein unnötiger Schnickschnack. Kontakt mit der Vermieterin umgehend, freundlich, korrekt, unaufdringlich. In 10 Minuten ist man problemlos an der Promenade. Für uns passte es genau. Und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder hin.

Urlaub hat enorm Nerven gekostet. Terrasse liegt 4 m von der Straße entfernt, es befinden sich zwei Baustellen direkt davor. Baulärm begann morgens um 7:30 Uhr bis 19:00 Uhr durchgehend über alle Tage, auch Wochenende. Kein Verdunkelungsrollo im Schlafzimmer, - nie wieder

Praktisch eingerichtete Wohnung in schöner Lage

Die Wohnung liegt in ruhiger Lage und dennoch ist der Strand und die Promenade fußläufig gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und hat alles, was man braucht. Wir haben ein Tablett vermisst, das hat Frau Westphal dann netterweise noch besorgt. Die geschützte Terrase ist wunderbar. Gerne wieder!

Tolle Gastgeber. Prima Aufenthalt. Wohnung super sauber. Alles ist da gewesen. Die Kinder fanden das Zimmer unterm Dach super. Einzig bei der Lage einen Stern Abzug, da nicht direkt am Strand, was aber auch nicht angekündigt war.... Insgesamt toller Urlaub und man kommt super nach Niendorf , Timmendorf etc. Egal ob Rad oder Auto :-)

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, Badezimmer ebenfalls ausreichend groß. Die Strandpromenade von Travemünde ist in knapp 15 Minuten Fußweg erreichbar, Parkmöglichkeiten sind im Wohngebiet ausreichend vorhanden. Daher war für unseren Aufenthalt über Silvester die Gegend optimal. (Die Treppe in die 3.Etage ist sehr steil und das Sofa bzw. der Wohnbereich nur für max.3 Personen ausgelegt... hat uns zu dritt jetzt allerdings nicht gestört. )
