Building consisting of 4 gites. Ground floor: kitchen corner living room (1 sofa bed 2 pers.), WIFI, pers 1 bedroom (2 beds 1.), bathroom (shower). Common terrace + Court. Cross-country skiing St-François-de-Sales 3 km, La Féclaz 7 km, Les Aillons 21 km, the Margeriaz 23 km. 8km water body. The pool is 21km. Old school in the village of 1920 carefully renovated 3 km from the skiing slopes of Savoie/Grand Revard & 7 km from the slopes of La Feclaz. At the heart of a charming typical village preserved. Very quiet. Exposed South-Eastern hillside. Beautiful unspoilt in the heart of the Parc naturel regional of the Massif des Bauges. Good comfort. Common terrace. Beautiful views of the massif.
