Serene luxury / 10 min to DFW, Great for Families

This beautiful home has a gorgeous pool and zen garden in the backyard, a gourmet well stocked kitchen, patio with bbq grill and fridge, pizza oven, lots of outdoor seating areas, giant home theater, ping-pong table, toys, games and Crib. 7 miles from DFW. Must see - Andy Brown Park and trails close to house. Great for business travelers and families. Internet is 900 Mpbs with unlimited wifi connections.

House Rules:
Be prudently silent and discreet in this extremely quiet neighborhood. Please be mindful of neighbors. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 8 a.m.

Any noise violation or disturbance will result in neighbors reporting to the city and calling the police. You will forfeit your deposit and be asked to leave the property immediately.

Security cameras - Exterior video camera on front porch tree focused on entry door and another on garage focused on driveway and fence gate. They are active all the time but record only when there is movement.

Outside guests are NOT permitted. If this will be a concern, please contact the host immediately.

Parties OR Events are NOT permitted. This is cause for immediate removal without refund!

Park in the driveway in the back and garage and not in front of any other house on the street. Access the garage from the alley off of Graham Dr.

Pool and Spa are not heated. Gym equipment and Crib provided for your convenience. Enjoy at your own risk.

Smoking will result in losing your security deposit.

Great stay in Grapevine

The house is beautiful! It's in a quiet neighborhood, and there was more than enough room for our group of 6. It would be a great house for any group trip. The house also had everything we needed. Sameer was a wonderful host, and he was available to make sure we didn't have any issues during our stay.
