A fully equipped kitchen, a combined living / dining room with seating for 6 persons, TV and radio-CD USB player. For relaxing there is a large balcony and a garden with furniture / umbrella, of course, with barbecue facilities.

The bathroom has been completely renovated, the shower has a higher ceiling.

At lower temperatures, a fireplace in the living room makes for cozy warmth.
