Renovated villa in the Charaf district, the residential district of Agadir. Air conditionning. Very calm. Garden, and terrace for meals or sunbathing. On the first floor: 1 master suite with a 180 cm bed, large cupboards, and a television (French TNT channels). 1 bedroom for 2 adults. 1 children's bedroom with 2 beds and 2 additional mattresses. 1 bathroom with shower and WC. Sheets and towels provided. On the ground floor: 1 living room with television, 1 work area with stylish table and chairs, a large dining room for 10 people. Fully equipped kitchen: fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, couscous maker, cutlery, dishes, pans etc. A patio with washing machine and dishwasher. A toilet with shower. Fiber Internet. DVDs, CDs and books for children and adults. The owner is a Frenchman living in Agadir for 10 years who lives in the villa next door and who can provide you with any information or help during your stay. As the web site allows discounts only for 1 week or 1 month reservation, I will compensate upon your arrival with 1500 dirhams cash for a reservation between 2 and 3 weeks and 4000 dirhams for a reservation between 3 weeks and 1 month.

We had a lovely stay at this villa in Agadir. The property itself is beautiful, in a really nice and peaceful area, and had pretty much everything a family could need for a comfortable stay.Communication with the owner was excellent from start to finish. When I asked about a cot for our youngest, they went out of their way to provide a brand-new cot bed, which we really appreciated. The hosts were lovely, welcoming and helpful, and the whole check-in process was smooth and straightforward.The only real downside for us was the lack of proper air conditioning. During the hot Agadir weather, effective A/C would have made a big difference, particularly at night.Apart from that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend the villa, especially to families. With proper air conditioning installed, it would be very difficult to fault.

Reagarding the hot weather, that was the first time we had such high and long périod like that. But in order to make my villa perfect, in september or october when the villa will be free I will install air conditionning in all the rooms. Best regards. Claude

Sous une météo clémente et accompagnés tout au long de notre séjour par des personnes charmantes lors de nos différents périples , avons passés d'agréables moments en visitant Taroudant , Tiznit en 4x4 , Issaouira avec son port .Agadir et tous ces monuments et ses différents quartiers .A Refaire .
