We had a wonderful stay ! To begin, the home has a lovely smell as soon as you open the door. Then, you notice all of the amenities to make the vacation easy & comfortable. Very nice touches and the home is in a very convenient location too! Great place to stay at a good price .

Excellent space and property. We loved everything about it. Comfortable, close proximity to everything, and the outdoor shower and hot tub was clutch after a day of jumping around in the waves and hitting the restaurants and shops. The guests upstairs can be loud, but I challenge you to do any better in a hotel nearby, keeping in mind this is on a quiet, dead end street right off the main drag. This was perfect for our family vaca. Two smart TVs, too, so you can log into your Netflix and YouTube accounts easily for those couch bound days. We loved it, top to bottom.

Your home was lovely and comfortable, the perfect getaway for my husband and me. The location was perfect and allowed us to easily enjoy Rehoboth environment and Cape Henlopen Park. Although I didn't use the hot tub, it was good to have that available. We are already talking about returning next year to renew and refresh!

Excellent stay

Loved our time at this VRBO. Kitchen well equipped with a dishwasher, which we are finding is not always the case everywhere! Beds were memory foam and super comfy with extremely soft bedding - we usually don’t sleep well in a queen but had no problem here. Loved the jacuzzi when the weather cooperated. Grill was excellent. Shower was wonderful. Definitely recommend!

Usually stay in hotel, decided on trying Vrbo rental. Love the Beach Gem. Very happy with amenities, they have thought of everything! You will not be disappointed.

We had a much needed quiet peaceful weekend and celebrated our anniversary in this lovely house so clean and cozy , which is what we were looking for . Great location everything is there all conveniences and the beach of course . We couldn’t try the hot tub due to the bad weather , next time .Thank you to the owners for communicating so well and for their support

Proposal Weekend At The Beach

Came to Rehoboth to propose to my girlfriend, and I wanted everything to be perfect, of course. This place did NOT disappoint. Very clean, well designed and the hosts went through great detail in turning their place into a comfortable, welcoming home for the long weekend. My girlfriend, now fiancé, says she wants to come back & stay again to commemorate our special weekend. Thank you to the hosts. Definitely recommend this place.

We enjoyed our stay. The hot tub was terrific, and the bed was super comfortable. There were beach umbrellas and other extras available for our use. We would stay here again.

Excellent Home Away from Home

The cottage experience was excellent. We felt at home when we stepped through the front door. Everything was conveniently located for our enjoyment. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. The only suggestion for the property would be the install of grab bars in the shower areas for the use of seniors.

Cozy little apartment

This was a cute place that had all the little amenities that made our stay so much more comfortable and enjoyable. The owners were very communicative. The only thing to take note of, since this was the bottom apartment, be prepared to hear the noise from upstairs especially if they have kids. Overall, we would stay here again.

Pristine!

This house exceeded my expectations! It was in pristine condition and so very nice and clean. The owners went above and beyond with the things they provided in the house. Shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, kcups, creamer, sugars, wine, toilet paper, hand soaps, dish washing liquid, cooler, beach chairs, umbrella and many more! The bedding is beautiful and the house is decorated so very nice. Location to all Rehoboth Route 1 offers was perfect! Two Smart TV’s and great internet. Will absolutely stay in this house again! What a gem!
