Winter holidays 2024

Good morning, very nice apartment with a breathtaking view. The apartment was not yet finished, small inconveniences, but they did not ruin our holidays. I recommend this place, for the spaces and the view, a very relaxing and glamorous holiday.

A nice apartment, in a bad building and a problematic owner

Pros:- amazing view- reformed apartment, with modern style- there bedrooms with doubles and a tiny mezzanine (with four single beds) - very well equipped kitchen, good TV, large dining table- comfy beds- 12m from Plaine Joux ski station (small station but good to start), 30m to Combloux, a much larger ski station (Les Portes du Mont Blanc) and St Gervais, 15m from a large Decathlon and supermarketsCons- the building is quite old, very different from the ap inside- you have to climb a total of four stairs from the parking to access the ap- the parking has space for cars but lots of mud there, could be improved- there are some (smaller) parts of the ap inside that need to be finished - THE WORST: the owner is non trustable, and will charge you extra money after check out with false claims, lying that you destroyed the apartment, even if you left everything in perfect shape. To "prove", he will show only pictures of normal dust in the floors and bathroom (for which you paid a cleanning fee already). Be aware, if he requests you money upfront as a security deposit, he will not give back.
