Checkout this lovely 2nd floor condo in the villas. This one bedroom one bath unit has been updated and decorated to taste. Tile flooring throughout. The living room is equipped with comfortable furnishings with plenty of seating space. Living room features a large Flat Screen Television. Fully equipped kitchen with updated countertops. The Bedroom offers a king sized bed and is also equipped with a Flat Screen Television for your enjoyment. Condo also come with a work station and a wireless printer. . Wi-Fi, Basic Cable, Washer/Dryer, Beach Chairs and Towels are all included. The community has a 24 hr. manned security gate. Come enjoy a slice of Florida Paradise!
