About this property

RECREATIONAL ISLAND PARADISE IN SUNNY FLORIDA

Our vacation condominium is located on South Hutchinson Island along the Treasure Coast. It is a beautifully furnished one bedroom and bathroom with a separate vanity. We’re in the Ocean Village Golf Villas cluster on the ground floor on the Eighth Tee.
The Ocean Village community is gated and has these amenities to enhance your vacation: a pristine private beach; the Hutchinson Bar and Grill; the Tiki Bar at the main pool; twenty-four hour on site security service; a nine-hole 3-par golf course; nine tennis courts (5 clay and 4 hard surface); six pickleball courts (4 new); six swimming pools; two bocce ball courts; and a well-equipped exercise facility.
Our unit consists of a bedroom, a full bathroom, an additional vanity in the hall, full kitchen, dining/ living room (couch with roll out queen bed); three closets, laundry with washer /dryer, screened lanai and separate storage closet. There is air conditioning and humidity control, and 2 ceiling fans, WIFI and internet.
For your beach visits we have provided beach chairs and towels, beach umbrella, boogey board and sand toys.
We’d love for you to stay in our place! Just a few steps from our private beach on the beautiful and warm Atlantic Ocean.

Great Place

This condo is clean and well maintained. We had zero problems with anything. Everything is well maintained and the condo is very conveniently located within Ocean Village. The property manager was very engaged and helpful.
