The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check out by 10:00AM. Take out recycling. Shut off grill propane. Return kayaks and SUPs to rack.
Set air conditioner to 75. Return keys to lock box, if used. Please leave a load of towels washing.
Notify us of any lost, damaged or stolen items. Hose down fishing rods. Thank you!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No children under the age of six allowed on top bunk.

Beautiful place, great location

We enjoyed our stay, the layout was great and the patio was great. The location in Marathon ended up being great too, as it's close to stores and half way between Key West and Islamorada.

Memorable first trip to the Keys

A great place to stay with a family. The kids loved seeing manatees and fish from the dock. Plus the SUPs and Kayaks were a wonderful way to spend time on the water.

Amazing rental

Beautiful home in marathon! Perfect size for the 7 we had there. Both of the bedrooms are suites which is perfect if you have two couples. Definitely recommend!

Marathon Lobster adventure

Enjoy the property and the convince of the canal for the boat. Was able to park our 26’ boat and two trucks with ease. The house was clean and as advertised. Had a great time for the week lobstering fishing offshore and exploring the islands. Thanks for a great place to stay!

The property was clean and had everything we needed for our vacation. We enjoyed spotting fish and a manatee from the seawall. There were several outdoor areas to sit and enjoy coffee in the morning, or a cocktail in the evening. The host responded promptly to any questions we had. It was a wonderful trip!

Perfect home on the water in Marathon

Our family was able to spread out and have all of the comforts of home plus many extras like paddleboard and kayaks included with the home. Ray was fantastic and quick with responses to my many questions about the area and things to do. This is a great, clean and recently updated home on the water. We loved it.

Awesome time!!

Check in was very easy. We were ahead of schedule and checked in about 240 pm. Blue Ocean Bungalow was extremely clean and in a great location. Our host Ray was fantastic!! We had a slight issue Tuesday evening and it was taken care of Wednesday. This was our first time ever staying in a vacation home. We had an awesome experience!! We are looking forward to our next stay!

Relaxing Blue Ocean Retreat

We just completed a girls ‘Keys’ trip at this comfortable, relaxing home. It was very clean, had everything we needed and had plenty of room for the 4 of us. Spent most of the time we were at the house in the backyard and patio area. We very much enjoyed it! Had most of our meals on Marathon, there are so many good restaurants there! Our host Ray was pleasant, helpful and responsive anytime we were in contact with him. Our group of friends had a wonderful relaxed get away! Thanks so much for sharing this peaceful place with us!

Incredible Stay! Highly Recommend Ray and Ana’s Place!

We so enjoyed staying at Ray and Ana’s property. The house was in a quiet, relaxing location and we so enjoyed getting to see manatees right off the back porch. What a treat! We enjoyed several beach days and appreciated that Sombrero Beach and Bahia Honda State Park were just a short drive away. Fresh fish is found in abundance at the many nearby restaurants. Key West is just an hour or so drive away. Love that this home is somewhat in the middle of the Keys - makes it so you never have too far to go to find adventure . Highly recommend this home and hope to return in the future.

Paradise in Marathon

The house was great for the six of us. Very clean and easy to find. There was a cooler provided, which was greatly appreciated. The canal was clean but unfortunately the weather was cool so not too many fish. My husband and I travel to Marathon at least 4 times a year and the location of the home is very convenient. Ray has great communication. I would definitely stay at Rays house again.

Excellent Stay in Marathon - couldn't ask for more!

I have nothing but praise for this rental! The house was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was very well-stocked, with plenty of flatware, plates, glasses, and utensils. The house came with lots of garbage bags, laundry soap, dish soap, coffee filters, etc. There were many games to play. The outdoor seating area was comfortable, plus for the outdoors the house had beach chairs and fishing poles . The internet was very reliable. The location was convenient for kayaking and paddleboarding (which were also awesome), and we loved that we could walk to get coffee in the morning and to Tranquility Bay for dinner at night. The owners were extremely responsive and friendly. All in all, this was a great rental.
