Sun room off of fully equipped kitchen overlooking 80 ft wide canal and 70 foot dock. Gulf and Ocean access. Patio consists of two level Mexican tiled deck, gas grill, with game room opening-up to patio. Over-size garage and parking area, with space for boat and trailer. Just a quick bike ride from Sombrero Beach. Front yard sits directly across golf course. Grocery Stores, Department Stores, Post Office, and excellent Keys-style restaurants, with great happy hour specials within walking distance, but still secluded from the main street (Overseas Highway). Washer and dryer on premises.

The home is spacious. Situated on a fairly quiet street. Nicely decorated. Centrally located in Marathon. Homeowner is very responsive. It suited our needs very well.
Twin Palms is a great place to stay. Everything was clean and presentable when we arrived. The rooms are spacious and the furniture is comfortable. Lots of places to sit and be comfortable outside by the canal. We had a high ceiling smoke detector that decided to start beeping. That was addressed the same day as we called. A great VRBO property with great hosts.
The house was very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed to have a relaxing stay. It was enjoyable to sit out on the back patio and see wildlife. We would definitely book this house again! Thank you so much for helping make our vacation unforgetable.
My friends and I had a great stay at this canal front home in Marathon. The host was super helpful and a great communicator. The home was spacious with plenty of room to spread out or enjoy time together. Coolers, beach towels and bikes were available for us to use and were much appreciated.
We had a wonderful stay. Property is in a good location. We had our refrigerator go out. They were very accommodating and brought a new one in from Miami. The owners are very nice and strive to do their best. Also a nice little perk… 4 free passes to the Turtle Hospital in Marathon.

We had 8 ppl in our party and it (the house) was very accommodating. Felt like we were at home. The owner Jeffrey was very helpful with any questions or accusations.
The neighborhood was very nice. The home was spacious enough that you could find various places for privacy: on the grounds or in the home (if so desired). The Furniture was comfortable. The Home was nicely decorated and very well stocked with appliances. We received quick response from the owner to questions or observations. The fact that it had 3 complete bathrooms was a very desirable feature. Where it was located in Marathon allowed quick access to pharmacies, groceries and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay there .
The property manager/owner was very responsive & helpful. He even let us check-in early, because the house wasn't rented the night before. That was super helpful, since I was traveling with my parents & my Mom's best friend; all of which are in their mid-70's. I already gave my detailed feedback, but I would highly recommend this property. LOTS of room to spread out. We never even used the "downstairs" living/movie room.
We loved being on the canal, had plenty of room to sleep our large family, and enjoyed the amenities like bicycles, cooler/freezer & other convenience items that you would need in your own home. Bathrooms were updated, nice and clean. While the kitchen was older, it was well stocked so we could comfortably cook and eat outside on the patio or inside the sun room but still waterfront! The host was wonderful.
I just wanted to let you know that my family and I had a wonderful time there on our vacation! Everything was great! The closeness of the stores and access to the water was perfect!! We will most definitely be looking to come back in the future! Would absolutely recommend to anyone saying in this place!! Thanks again. The Longshores
Home was very Clean and cozy. Kitchen was fully stocked. We had our 9 month old daughter with us and I forgot her playpen and was so happy to see they had one on the premises! Very relaxing week! Would definitely rent this home again!
