Beautiful views

The apartment corresponds to the description. You have all the basics you need. The Beach is literally 5-7 mins walk. The supermarket 10 mins away on foot (Consum). The bus stop is close if you want to go the Denia center. Overall nice stay

Many problems encountered with the flat, and Abritel very slow to react (it took them 4 days to take my dissatisfaction seriouly).The owner of the flat told me that he couldn' help, and to contact Abritel.Abritel helpline is manned by robots, who kept telling me to be patient etc...I sent Abritel, the Helpline and owner photos (about 12 of them) and still very little attention was paid to deal with the problems we had.

Man musste den Schlüssel holen gehen und war nicht direkt an der Wohnung. Hatten Strom Ausfall ein Tag zwecks mangelnder Kommunikation. Aus der Wohnung könnte man soviel schöner gestalten man darf nicht pickelig sein. Matratzen wahren schmutzig Tipp sollte man evtl. wechseln oder reinigen . Ansonsten war der Aufenthalt ok

Estudio pequeño pero ideal para 2 personas. Se encuentra bastante bien equipado con todo el menaje necesario. El acceso a la playa , son unos 5 minutos andando....en los cuales tienes que cruzar una carretera de doble sentido en la que escasean los pasos de peatones....

Aceptable para el precio

El precio en comparación con la zona está muy bien. A 5 minutos andando de la playa y a 10 minutos en coche del puerto de Denia. En cuanto al piso, anticuado y no estaba limpio. Sin embargo, está bien equipado. La comunicación con Natalie bien, aunque la recogida y entrega de llaves era en una ubicación diferente al piso. Por lo general recomiendo si vais a estar poco en el piso, más que nada por el tema del precio, pero arreglar el piso un poco no costaría nada y sería mucho más agradable.

Todo ha sido fantastico, el estudio sencillo pero muy práctico. Alex muy pendiente de todo y Natalia nos recibió/despidió puntual y amable. Todo en general está mejor de lo que aparenta. Volveremos seguro!!!

Le propriétaire est à l’écoute et agréable, l’appartement est bien situé, reste juste à vérifier l’aménagement niveau sécurité, et certains point concernant le ménage. L’ensemble reste correcte.

Nice stay

The place was as described in the ad. We stayed for 3 months and it was comfortable enough. We only wished there had been a few more devices in the kitchen, but nothing very important. Also, the laundry machine was out of order, but Alexej arranged for us to do our laundry at our direct neighbor’s place, which worked well for us. The appartement is just a 100 meters away from the beach and from 2 supermarkets. Overall, a good place which I would recommend.

Appartement bien situé proche de la plage et des commerces. Il reste à faire un gros effort sur l'aménagement : matelas sales sous le lit, matelas sur le lit non adaptés aux sommiers et tachés, mobilier vétuste et terrasse à désencombrer.

Aunque el apartamento en las fotos ya parece que no es lo mejor que hay en Denia, el precio es bajo y decidimos cogerlo y probar suerte... La verdad un apartamento que no estaba del todo limpio y sin ningún esfuerzo de hacerlo agradable. Las sabanas de la cama viejas y con pelos. La verdad la impresión nada más llegar fue mala y no nos pareció un sitio agradable donde pasar las vacaciones todo estaba viajo y no está remodelado como lo venden... Nos tuvimos que coger otro apartamento no llegamos a pasar ni una noche allí
