WELCOME TO THE FOREST & FLOWERS RETREAT HOUSE

Curated with a blend of natural beauty & rustic charm, modern & low tox amenities are offered with your well-being in mind.
Eco-conscious choices have been made inside and out with most furnishings handcrafted from local materials or upcycled from vintage wares.
White pine, rhododendron, and hemlock, escort you down the private paved lane about 1/4 mile off the road to the Retreat House. As stewards of this 50 woodland acres and students of nature, we’re devoted to cultivating a place for regeneration of the Earth and all of us.

Enjoy the wildness of a private outdoor shower or soak in the clawfoot tub (open seasonally depending on the weather, May-Oct). Botanical infused bath salts and the soft linen robes provided.
GARDENS, WOODS, CAMPFIRE
Visit the herb and flower gardens around the Retreat House. Walk through the woods on our short path. Gather around a warm fire outdoors (firewood provided).
SELF-GUIDED RETREAT EXPERIENCE
Complimentary access to guided meditations, herbal apothecary recipes and plant explorations, an introductory aromatherapy class, and journal notes with writing prompts to connect with nature.

There's a stairwell to the basement (area not open to guests) with a railing and a gate, but it's not "childproof" so be mindful with small children.
