Overall the stay was fine! When we first got there, there was a faint smell of cat pee and the humidity was 80%. The air conditioning worked fine but our clothes and bedding felt almost moist from how humid it was. The main bed was uncomfortable and felt like the middle part of the bed was concave. We did appreciate the washer/dryer and multiple cooking appliances! They were also accommodating for our 2 dogs.

Meyer's Nook was as advertised. We really enjoyed our stay and the location was perfectly located for our weekend plans. We would definitely stay there again if we plan another ride in the area.

Everything we needed

We spent four nights and they were all just lovely. This cute little place has all the amenities anyone would need and the hosts checked in on us, which was really nice.

Not Great

Good things about the stay: responsive hosts, waffle maker, washer and dryer, the tv dinner stands, good thermostat Bad things about the stay: immediate damp pee smell upon arrival, fresh pee stain on the couch, general pee smell on the rest of the couch, unswept floors upon arrival, chewed gum on the bedroom rug, long wall nail on the living room rug, flies in the house, lightbulbs were going out and flickering, duplex neighbors could be heard at all times of the day and night, slow internet, very uncomfortable mattresses, bad water pressure, had to check in 2 hours late because the cleaner wasn’t finished with the property, received around 20 bug bites after the first night staying there (had not been out in nature before this) 2/5 would not stay again

Perfect place for outside of IU

The unit was well stocked and very clean. I would stay here again. It was hard to find a place near IU and this was just about 15 minutes from campus. We took a nice hike around Griffy Park just down the road from our place. It was very clean and communication with Andrew was easy!
