We enjoyed our stay here so much. Great location and the amenities provided we're above and beyond any other place that I have stayed at. We even had freshly baked cookies with a handwritten note from the hosts.

Our family really enjoyed our stay here. The house is clean, well decorated (Go IU!), and has good amenities (high chair, pack-n-play, TVs in the bedrooms). It is definitely family friendly - our kids really liked the trundle bed. Check-in and check-out was easy, and we appreciated being close to Bryan Park and downtown. Our only criticism is that it was a little loud at night, not due to people/parties, but rather to the proximity to S. Walnut St and the Circle K gas station. To be clear though, everyone slept fine and this is a great property!

It was a great house for our needs. A comfortable place to land while we visited our college girl. The beds are so comfortable!!! While we didn’t use all the amenities it was a very well equipped house for almost any need. The hosts were very communicative and I was never left wondering what was happening or what to do.

We visited Bloomington for a celebratory family event weekend, and couldn’t have found a better place to stay. The house was conveniently located, very clean, and had everything we needed provided. The owners responded to questions and requests almost immediately. Price was good, and the value for dollar was good. Wil definitely consider for a future stay!

What a lovely bungalow so close to the IU campus and downtown Bloomington. Yes, you can walk to Kirkwood! All the amenities we needed, extras we didn’t think we did but very much appreciated and a very friendly host. Everything you want in a great stay.

The property has ample parking if you have more than one vehicle. We stayed at the house for an IU football game and found it most helpful to have tailgating supplies available for our use. The six chairs were a big win for us since we were traveling from Northwest Indiana with our vehicle fully loaded with supplies. Cute Hoosier decor and comfortable space for the six people in our group. We did not use the outdoor space because it was a hot weekend in Bloomington, but having the space in the yard with the fire pit would be fun for anyone coming to a game in the fall. We would definitely stay here again. Wonderful and helpful hosts made for an ever better experience. :)
