About this property
Prof's Place: by IU Stadium, Griffy Lake/Woods
Totally private, newly renovated 1200 sq ft self-enclosed ground-level home with separate entrance, hardwood floors, quartz kitchen countertop, and top-of-the-line appliances. No stairs. 2 acres of paradise only steps from the IU football stadium, other sports arenas, Assembly Hall, Griffy Lake, and the IU golf course. IU professor lives on the main floor of the house upstairs. There is no shared space. We will be as quiet as possible upstairs so as not to disturb you. We hope you do the same for us. Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. Please review the House Rules.
Huge living room (with twin sofa bed), dining area, two bedrooms (each with queen bed), one study (with queen sofa bed), huge kitchen, full bath.
Guests can easily park at least three cars outside.
Please be sure to register all guests. I can use the exterior Ring security camera to check the number of guests entering the premises. (I have no interior cameras anywhere.)

IU Opera and Ballet Theater and Indiana University Auditorium are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Indiana University Golf Course and IU - Student Recreational Sports Center. Wonderlab Science Museum and Jump-N-Joey's are also worth visiting. Make sure you get close to the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
