This was a very lovely property. Convenient to downtown. Quiet. Comfortable with every amenity needed. The outdoor space was unbelievable and so perfect for a stay in the extreme heat of the season. Excellent communications and lightning fact responses to questions. Would go back in a heartbeat. Lots of things to explore close by — wine country, Luekenbach, Kerrville. Really top notch!

Beautiful property. Over all great experience. House is wonderful, pool and backyard excellent, quiet neighborhood. More than adequate parking. Some smallDetails need to be attended to replacing light bulbs over the pool and outside furniture cushions need cleaned and repaired or replaced. That said we will be back.

Family Trip!

This house was amazing! House was very clean and comfortable.Host was easy to communicate with, responded very quickly .Backyard was an oasis, spent most our time outside. Can't wait to go back!

This house is very comfortable for the whole family. Many places to sit and enjoy company, whether outside by the pool, in the Cavern playing games, or in the kitchen/dining area. Extra detail was put into the bedrooms and bathrooms creating a great sense of hospitality. Location to Main St restaurants and shopping is convenient.

Host was welcoming. Kept good Communication. House is on the older side but well kept, well furnished, with nice amenities like the heated pool and spa. Couldn’t use the pool table since all the pool cues broken. Garbage disposal and dishwasher could use an upgrade (not working or slight odor). Other than that, our group really enjoyed our stay.

Amazing getaway, the pictures of the backyard do not do it justice as it was beyond better than what we expected. House is lovely, beds are comfortable and we loved watching movies outside while relaxing on the pool.
