My name is Fernando. I manage a few holiday flats in Rome, including this flat that my cousin Rosanna owns. She is an architect and lives in Apulia (southern Italy).

WHAT ABOUT YOU? We have been in the hospitality business since 2009, and our commitment and passion are rewarded by the enthusiasm of our guests from all over the world, and by their numerous reviews, all of them fully positive.

WHAT PART OF ROME IS THE APARTMENT SITUATED IN? The apartment is in the historic centre of Rome, in “Rione Monti”, the first district of the ancient city. The district is very safe.

WHICH TOURIST ATTRACTIONS CAN WE REACH FROM THE SUBWAY? Starting already from a very central location, everything else in central Rome is quickly accessible on foot. The Roman Forum and the Colosseum are a 7-minute walk away. With a pleasant walk among the sights of Rome you will then arrive at the Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps, Villa Borghese, the Pantheon, Castel Sant'Angelo, and the Vatican.

DO WE NEED TO USE PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION? Generally, our guests take advantage of the central location of the apartment to get around on foot. However, within walking distance from the house is the “Vittorio Emanuele” stop of Metro A and the “Cavour” stop of Metro B. In the house we will show you the map of the subway network and the map of the neighbourhood.

IS THE APARTMENT IN A QUIET AREA? It is situated off a main road, in a quiet street with little traffic. There are many stores a couple of blocks away, e.g., typical restaurants and pizzerias. They are close, but far enough away to ensure calm and silliness in the home street.

COULD YOU DESCRIBE THE APARTMENT PLAN? The apartment is a bright studio that comfortably accommodates 2 people and is composed as follows:
1) A main room organized into a living area with a kitchen and dining table and a sleeping area with a double bed (160 cm x 190 cm).
2) A single room with armchairs.
3) A bathroom with toilet, sink and shower.
4) A laundry area with washer and dryer.
All spaces have been exploited with custom-made, modern and functional furniture. The lighting is accurate and enhances the spaces.

DO WE NEED TO BRING TOWELS AND SHEETS? We will provide you bed sheets, large bath towels, hand towels and face towels. Sheets and towels are professionally washed at 90°C (195°F). You will find the bed already prepared.

WILL WE FIND THE APARTMENT CLEAN? On your arrival you will find the apartment perfectly clean. Cleanliness is among the most appreciated aspects in our guests' reviews.

IS THE INTERNET SIGNAL RELIABLE? Yes, it is. We offer a very good Wi-Fi connection.

IS THE KITCHEN WELL EQUIPPED? The kitchen is equipped with everything. Pots, pans, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, various accessories, plates, glasses, and plenty of cutlery.

ARE THERE GROCERY STORES NEAR THE APARTMENT? The neighbourhood has plenty of supermarkets. Close to the apartment you will find every type of store (bakeries, delicatessens, fish markets, butchers, pastry shops, rotisseries, ice-cream stores, etc.) and a typical local market with fresh meat and fish, and above all locally produced fruit and vegetables.

ARE THERE RESTAURANTS AND PIZZERIAS IN THE AREA? Yes, the neighbourhood has many restaurants, excellent typical trattorie and pizzerias. We will be able to advise you of the best places for quality and price.

WE ARE ARRIVING AT LEONARDO DA VINCI - FIUMICINO AIRPORT. HOW DO WE GET TO THE HOUSE? From Fiumicino Airport, please take the “Leonardo Express” train to “Roma – Stazione Termini”. It takes 32 minutes. Leonardo express train operates every 15 minutes. Ticket cost: 14 euros. For every paying adult, one child under 12 travels for free. Luggage, even large luggage, is not subject to a surcharge.

WE ARE ARRIVING AT TERMINI TRAIN STATION. HOW DO WE GET TO THE HOUSE? From "Roma - Stazione Termini" walk to the home address: via dell’Olmata 25.
The route is 740 meters (less than 0.5 miles), about 9 minutes according to online maps.

WHAT ARE THE COSTS FOR A CAB? From Fiumicino Airport to home: 55 euros. From Ciampino Airport to home: 40 euros.

IS VEHICULAR TRAFFIC ALLOWED IN THE STREET OF THE APARTMENT? The apartment is located outside of the “ZTL”, the restricted traffic zone. Parking in the street of the apartment is public. Parking is free on Sundays and holidays. From Mondays to Saturdays, the parking fee between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. is 1 euro per hour. Parking is free from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m.

WHAT TIME CAN WE CHECK IN? Starting at 4pm. Generally, by request we can facilitate an earlier check in. If you arrive after 9 pm there is a fee of 30 Euros. After 11 pm 50 Euros fee. It is generally possible to leave suitcases in the house before 4 p.m. The service is free of charge.

WHO WILL DELIVER THE KEYS TO THE APARTMENT? Upon your arrival, we ourselves will be there to welcome you. We will hand over the keys, show you the apartment and respond to all your questions. Living only 20 minutes away, we will be at your disposal for any assistance you might require.

WHAT TIME MUST WE CHECK OUT? Check-out is generally by 10 a.m. Upon your request, it is generally possible to leave your bags in the house after 10 a.m. This service is free of charge.

WE ARE SCHEDULED TO DEPART FROM ROME VERY EARLY IN THE MORNING. IS THIS A PROBLEM FOR YOU? No problem. We can arrange to allow you to leave Rome in the early hours of the day.
