Semi-detached holiday home for 5 people, 3 ears of corn. Unfenced shared garden. Small covered terrace and private unfenced garden. Parking area in front of the house. Pets allowed with additional deposit. WIFI Internet. This gîte, adjoining the owners' home, is located in an old renovated farm. You can relax there in peace, in the heart of the hills and fields of Lauragais but also enjoy the proximity of Toulouse (29km) and Albi (58km, UNESCO World Heritage). The Château de Bonrepos Riquet, creator of the Canal du Midi, is 5km away, as are the Laragou lake (Guinguette and sailing) and that of Balerme. The Natura Game leisure park is 12km away, the forest and golf course of Buzet-sur-Tarn are 14km away and the Calicéo fitness center is 22km away. Single storey gîte: living room (120cm flat screen TV, sofa) with kitchen area (fridge-freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, 4 gas burners, oven, microwave), two bedrooms (1 double bed in 140cm) (3 single beds in 90cm including 2 which can be twinned), small office, bathroom/WC, laundry room (washing machine). Electric heating. Baby equipment: Bath, bed, mattress, cutlery. Relaxation in peace, in the heart of the hills and fields of Lauragais and near Toulouse
