This old renovated barn, adjoining the owners, in the small village of Benque-Dessous in the Oueil valley (cross-country skiing, hiking, Balès port), offers you the pleasures of a mountain holiday in all seasons. Fully fenced private land of 660m² with garage (2 spaces), terrace, pétanque court. Pets welcome. Bagnères-de-Luchon (skiing, thermal baths, restaurants, shops, cinema, climbing, lake, golf, horse riding), Lake Oô (hiking, canyoning), the Antignac base (rafting, canoeing), the Peyragudes ski resort and Spain are less than 15 minutes away by car. In the basement: laundry area. On the ground floor (access by three external steps): living room (2 TVs) opening onto the terrace, kitchen area, separate lounge, 3 bedrooms (1 double bed 140cm) (1 double bed 140cm) (1 double bed 140cm), shower room, WC. Electric heating. Tumble dryer. Old renovated barn ideal for enjoying the pleasures of a mountain stay in all seasons
