Great place to stay, close to the beach and easy to get around. A little loud at times from traffic in the morning/night rush hour. The local chickens got to be loud at times but you get used to it. Clean , comfy and well stocked.

Good stay

The place was spotless and conveniently located, offering free parking for added ease. Its prime location right across from the beach made access quick and effortless. The host was exceptionally responsive, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay.

Really nice!

We used this condo for our adult kids to stay in as we didn’t have room at the condo we stay at that’s directly on the beach. This condo is perfect. It’s right across the street from a public beach that’s beautiful. Condo is clean, well appointed and comfortable. Host was wonderful and very responsive. Highly recommend!

Property was very nice with updated features. Outside swing was very relaxing. The beach and snorkeling was awesome. Would stay here again Property was missing an outdoor eating area and shared grill ran out of propane that was not refilled.

Lovely Hideaway in the West Bay

This villa is super cute and very functional for two people, or a family of 3-4 people. The bathroom is beautiful and the location is far enough away from the hustle of Georgetown but close enough to be a 15 min drive from nearly every major attraction on the island. The beach is right across the street and was perfect for snorkeling. Having beach chairs and snorkel great available was a huge bonus. While we didn't need to use the grill or laundry room, it was great to have those options. Check-in and check-out was super easy and the host checked in several times over the duration of our trip to make sure that everything was running smoothly. I would 100% stay here again if I return to Grand Cayman.

Pleasant and comfortable

We had a lovely time at this property. It had everything we needed and was convenient to the beach for walking. We had to do a bit of rock scrambling to reach the rest of 7mile beach to walk the whole thing, but it was worth it to be on the less crowded side of 7 mile beach. Convenient to restaurants and the grocery. The condo was very clean and had everything that we needed for a pleasant and comfortable stay! Tracey was super helpful and responsive. She gave us contact info for a reliable taxi service to transport us to the airport on our departure. The whole trip/stay was exactly what we needed. We had a great time!

Beyond our expectations...

My fiancé and I stayed at this property for 3 days before meeting up with his company for a work trip. Although his company had us staying the the beautiful Ritz-Carlton, we much preferred this property! It was clean, well stocked, GREAT location with beach-access that was so quiet and serene. I can't say enough good things about this property. Within walking distance to groceries, a few restaurants, the beach. Laundry, snorkel and kayak equipment, grill, etc. on site. We even used bird scouters to check out other restaurants nearby. We have referred other people to this listing, and will definitely be back again in the future!

West Bay

The apartment was great! Very modern. It had everything we needed. We used the kitchen, outdoor swing & laundry facilities. We went to the beach across the street daily. It was beautiful & very private. We used the local bus (mini van) to go out to restaurants all over the island. Grocery store is about .5 miles away. Tortuga is very close for beverages. Captain Marvin Stingray City was awesome! Eve was a wonderful host & very responsive. Just a sidenote, there are wild roosters on the island-you may want to bring earplugs.

Cute getaway for two

We enjoyed having direct access to a semi-private beach. The public beach is very close which was very interesting. Locals would come out to grill, blare music, play dominos, play beach games. Which is all great but mixed in with the lovals having a good time are some local beggers The area is very quiet & relaxing. This unit is on a bottom floor which is important to know if a family with young children are above you. I'm not sure if the kids were preparing to become WWE wrestlers but if not they had a GREAT start. Found amazing restuarants along seven mile beach. We explored the island & found a couple snorkle options but once in the water it was a little too rough to enjoy fully. Went on snorkel/ stingray city/ starfish cove with I think Martin's. Charters. We had a small group & the capitain went out of his way to make it a great relaxing time. One note that I wish I had realized when I did my research was that on Sundays the local are OFF. The groceries are closed & families are spending their time together. AMAZING! Restaurants are open so no issues there. I bring this up because we came in on Saturday. Soent some time relaxing. Decided to go to grocery at 7 pm because they closed at 9. BIG BIG BIG MISTAKE! All the locals were there getting their needs for the next week for work because they didnt get off of work until 6 & the sfore is closed Sunday & they return to work Monday. It was very crowded. Over all- very good trip & house enjoyable

The property itself was good. After arriving there was a sign that stated to only contact through email, WhatsApp and iMessage. The fridge was not keeping our food cold, I got violently sick for a day and a half of our trip after eating the food from the fridge. I contacted through the avenues listed above. I was happy to let it go, it was a fluke thing, it happens. The property manager showed up unannounced looked at the fridge and then sent someone over to fix it. We were not there when he arrived. We got a text saying our children had unprogrammed the fridge?? But the fridge said it was 34 degrees. So we bought more food and moved on. Then it got hot again, we purchased a thermometer. The fridge was consistently 50 degrees. We contact again, they tell use for 24hours they will send someone. Then at the very end of the day say oh wait it has a warranty we can’t send the repair guy or it would void the warranty. By this point we are leaving the next day, they say we will make this right we realize you lost a lot of money and were never able to eat the food and had to eat out every meal. Again I took them at there word. Catch is, which they know, you don’t have much action you can take with VrBO if you don’t communicate through the app only. And you don’t have much that can be done if they bait you until the end of your stay. VRBO got involved and the owner offered $50 for wasted food and being sick. VrBO cant help much because it wasn’t in the app.

We had a great experience staying here. Many things are walking distance to include a grocery store. Right across the street is the beach with beautiful water. Mollies had the best pina colada and “pain in my A”. They had chairs and umbrellas. The home has all the beach essentials you need. Governors beach was incredible with great snorkeling right off the beach about 100 yards, even saw a nurse shark. Take the Red Sail boat to have breakfast with the sting rays is a must. Taxis are a bit pricy there is no Lyft or Urber.

Amazing Property at the tip of 7 Mile Beach

My wife and I have been to the Caymans twice. This time we decided to try a VRBO to get more of the local feel. Tracey was amazing to work with. She was extremely nice and very professional. The property pics do not do it justice. It was spacious and inviting, we loved staying there. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to "get of the main path"

A Must Stay!

Had a fantastic stay at Calypso Cove. West Bay is close to great attractions yet far enough away to enjoy the quiet of the Caymans. The beach is literally 20 steps away. Never crowded and super nice people. Alfresco’s restaurant is within a very short walking distance and a must visit. Great food and even better views. This property is modern, clean and great for 2 people. A must stay for sure!!
