Si l’accueil et la flexibilitĂ© de la propriĂ©taire sont en adĂ©quation avec la majoritĂ© de ce type de location, des informations non nĂ©gligeables sont absentent de l’annonce et mĂ©ritent d’ĂȘtre connues. Les propriĂ©taires y habitent. Devant notre Ă©tonnement il nous a Ă©tĂ© rĂ©pondu qu’au vu de la taille du manoir, nous aurions pu nous en douter !La cour intĂ©rieure, fragile, n’est pas autorisĂ©e pour les jeux d’extĂ©rieur mais lieu de passage et d’accĂšs aux diverses habitations. Cette cour Ă©tait pour nous un atout pour y laisser nos 4 petits enfants ĂągĂ©s de 2 Ă  9 ans sous surveillance depuis l’intĂ©rieur.Seuls le jardin privatif (accessible par un escalier en pierre depuis le salon) et les 5 hectares du domaine sont destinĂ©s aux locataires. Si ces informations avaient Ă©tĂ© prĂ©cisĂ©es dans l’annonce, nous aurions orientĂ© nos recherches vers un autre domaine.L’objet de ce post est avant tout de laisser par Ă©crit ce que nous avons exprimĂ© oralement Ă  la propriĂ©taire, assez peu disposĂ©e Ă  entendre nos remarques.

Nous avons passĂ© un super sĂ©jour dans la ferme du Manoir de Kercassier. Nous avions un enfant et deux bĂ©bĂ©s et tout est adaptĂ© pour eux ! C'est trĂšs calme et en mĂȘme temps proche des commoditĂ©s. Une voie verte est accessible facilement.Les propriĂ©taires ont Ă©tĂ© trĂšs accueillants et nous ont mĂȘme aidĂ©s lors d'une panne de voiture !Merci beaucoup pour leur accueil !
