Tranquil and secluded country house set in a meadow with its own lake. Set in the natural park Morvan, within the wine region Cote d'Or / Burgundy, this property guarantees ultimate relaxation in a complete nature surrounding. Close by Lake des Settons offers swimming and all lake sport activities such as SAP, surfing, pedalons etc.. Great hiking and biking trails. The house is two story country house. On the ground floor you find a large kitchen and dining area and the generous living room with two sofas, several lounge chairs, fire place, TV and Hifi. In the upper-floor you have all three bedrooms. The house has been renovated and shows great style in design and attention to comfort. The natural lake offers great spots for getting lost in your throughs, but also fishing. Restful holidays guarantee, it is the perfect get away for a long weekend or a holiday break.

Really nice stay

Perfect getaway off the grid, close to Saulieu (Pompon / Bernard Loiseau) and 55min from Beaune 😊 the house is really comfy and very well equipped.

Wir haben zu viert 10 Tage im Burgund genossen. Mit dem Bike an 7 Tagen die Region des Morvan erkundet. 4 nähere Städte besucht. Für uns war das Haus optimal gelegen, weil ruhig, abgeschieden und gut eingerichtet. Es hat uns alles geboten was wir brauchten und suchten. Das Wetter kann FeWo nicht beeinflussen, denn viel Regen und recht frische Temparaturen haben uns begleitet. Wir haben das Cheminée jeden Tag befeuert, damit konnten wir einen Raum mit Wärme geniessen. Wer Ruhe, Abgeschiedenheit und eine wunderschöne Gegend sucht zum Biken ist hier richtig. Herzlichen Dank an Michele Rondelli und seine Crew, welche immer bei Fragen zur Stelle waren. Besten dank Bernhard L

Wunderbares Haus auf großem Grundstück, perfekt zur Erkundung des Morvan

Das Haus bietet Ruhe und Komfort und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Auf dem riesigen Grundstück ist man vollkommen ungestört. Gut gelegen, und das Morvan mit seiner wunderschönen Natur und vielfältigen Kultur zu erkunden. Wir haben mit unseren zwei Hunden eine sehr schöne und entspannte Woche hier verbracht und kommen gerne wieder.

First Class im Naturpak

Es fehlt an Nichts in diesem Haus. Die Frage in der Küche ist nicht gibt es das, sondern wieviel davon. Mit Tischtennisplatte und Gymnastikraum ist auch für die sportliche Betätigung gesorgt. Ruhe gibts am eigen Fischteich mit Boot und Abwechslung vor dem Riesenflatscreen. In den super Betten lässt es sich ruhig schlafen.

This property stroke me because of its tranquil location. There are 13people living on 1km2. Come and find your wind down time, go to the market, visit a winery and cook some nice food, goes for walks or head up to the lake settons for a swim or paddle.....retreat, enjoy, rejuvenate.
