Architect house just built. 5 Bedrooms, 4 Bathrooms, 12m Swimming Pool, Sauna and Landscaped Garden on the heights of Piraillan, 5 minutes from the Piraillan market. Very large interior volume. Quiet between the basin and the ocean.
We rent the house for 12 people (ideal for 2 families). But we have a capacity of 16 beds (contact us directly as additional costs apply).

Parties, evenings and other events are strictly prohibited.

Ideally located a 5-minute walk from the Piraillan market, nestled among the pine trees, this East-West facing house benefits from a very calm and relaxing environment.

The very functional Italian kitchen is equipped with a large induction hob, a fan oven, a microwave, a dishwasher and all small appliances.

The dining room is organized around a very large wooden table. Dining area and crockery can accommodate 16 guests.

The swimming pool (3.5 x 7 m) is heated (Easter to All Saints' Day) and secured thanks to its electric roller shutter which closes centrally. Its surroundings are equipped with sun loungers.

All bedrooms are equipped with built-in wardrobes and mosquito nets.

The terrace accommodates several sheltered modular tables and chairs for 12/14 people.

The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine and dryer.
