Perfect vacation stay. Greg is an excellent host, very responsive. He made us feel like friends. The bungalow is well appointed with everything you need & very clean which is my biggest box to check off. We loved the location & being able to have a parking pass to Avalon pier made our beach visits extremely easy. We will definitely be back.

This is what I think of when I think of a beach house. Cozy, comfortable, casual, a bit of a vintage vibe. I can’t think of a thing I’d want changed.

This was our first time vacationing at OBX and renting out a bungalow for a week. Communication with Greg was great. He responded to my texts quickly. His bungalow was clean and cozy. We felt like we were at home. I would recommend anyone to stay at this bungalow if they decide to visit the Outer Banks.

We absolutely loved staying at this adorable bungalow. It was great for my family of four including myself, my husband and my 2 and 11 year old. It was clean, cozy and had a nice open space in the living and kitchen area. The host was wonderful and we had no issues the entire stay. I highly recommend!

My friends and I absolutely loved the place! Everything was very comfortable and clean. The parking pass was so convenient as we found the walk over to be too hot and the parking lot for the pass always had spots available. The beach supplies were also very helpful for us and had everything we needed. We appreciated that we could used the beach chairs, boogie boards, and umbrella. The backyard also had a nice fire pit that we didn’t use, but definitely would’ve if we had more time! Greg was very helpful in his communication and with any questions I had during our stay. I would love to come back to the place if I visited the outer banks again!
