With a full kitchen, bathroom, queen day bed with a very comfortable mattress plus a sofa sleeper, flat screen smart Roku TV, plus alot of outdoor space with shared cushioned furniture, sun loungers, umbrellas, grill & firepit! Boat & kayak rentals available also to guests!

Cute little condo, was absolutely perfect for the time I needed. Couldn't beat the value of the location, would definitely stay again when I've got time to actually enjoy the watercraft rentals!

Loved it!

The property was even better in person.it was very comfortable and beautiful, and so peaceful here. My family and I had a great time here. We will definitely be coming back here in the future. I have no complaints with our stay, other than the folks above us being very noisy between 10p-12am. Our second night. But that does not affect does not affect our overall experience. We loved it!

Disappointed

The front door has a busted lock and you can see through it, as well as the random back door. Small rodents can definitely get into this place. The door knob to the bathroom was hanging off and you weren’t able to close the door. The shower head is so low that you have to remove it and shower yourself. Listing said it has starter toiletries but it was a used bar of soap and half empty random shampoo, conditioner and soap. We received 3 towels for our entire staff (4 nights and 5 days). There was 2 trash bags for the broken trash can. The couch is busted and looks dirty. The floors were filthy we never took our shoes off. The bathroom sink didn’t drain so we had to brush our teeth in the kitchen. There wasn’t a toilet paper holder so we had to reach up behind us where it was sitting every time. Half of the kitchen drawers were broken so wasn’t able to use any utensil in them which didn’t matter because we didn’t feel good about cooking our food here. There is only a thin quilt so make sure you bring a blanket. The deck outside is SCARY—you could feel the boards are rotten. It was filthy out there and I wouldn’t hang out there. We encountered a massive wolf spider the size of my hand when we arrived sitting on the window curtain and dead insects on the window sills and floors. The smell in this place is nauseating! I have no idea what it was but it made my stomach hurt.

Clean but shabby

The studio was clean and neat. The basics were provided. I had an issue with the wifi and the property managers resolved it quickly and promptly. The seating provided outside on the lake was a nice touch. I enjoyed sitting out there and reading. But there were a few issues. There were ants in the kitchen despite no food out anywhere. The faucet in the bathroom almost came off in my hand because it is rotting at the base. And the cold water handle in the shower actually did come off in my hand.
