Brand new construction-luxurious home! Cute little guest suite approximately 600 square feet, 6 minute Uber to down town! Walkable bars and restaurants down the street such as: Willie B’s, Slim N Huskies, and Minerva Avenue! Please note—this is a very diverse up and coming area of Nashville! One of the oldest neighborhoods in the area. Very charming! Day bed with pull out trundle (twin) and one queen bed. Oversized bathroom! Kitchenette. Keurig. Nashville is my favorite city to live in, in the US! I’m very well traveled and I can truly say it’s one of my top 5 favorites. I actually built this house to be everything I could ever want and it’s one of my proudest achievements!

What makes this property unique

First of all, I got to design it and build it! Everything is a personal touch from head to toe. Next of all the LOCATION!!! You cannot beat it. It’s walkable, close to everything I could ever want to commute to, and Uber’s are cheaper since it is so close.
