Amazing location and friendly host!

This property was exactly what we were looking for when traveling to State College for a football game… a great location, clean, a kitchen and fridge to prep for our tailgate, cozy accommodations. The owners added a nice touch with some waters in the fridge, snacks, and toiletries. The unit runs warm from the heat, so we had to crack a window open at night. The place was nice and quiet, much needed after being out downtown or after a crazy time at the stadium. The unit is off of the owners house and we had room for 2 cars in driveway. As a side note, one bedroom is off of another, so you walk into one bedroom to get into the other. For the price and location, this was great. Thank you again Emily for your great hospitality!

Tv and mattresses

Mattresses should be replaced and cable needs to be installed couldn’t get tv to work even with property manager help

Cable is not part of the listing and is not available with this rental, thus the fact that cable was not provided should not effect your rating of the property. We spent hours attempting to help you set up the ROKU and even provided our account information when you were unable to access your log in information. All of this was done in attempts to accommodate and was well above anything required of us as the landlords. We do apologize that the lack of cable was not clearer or not clearly understood prior to reservation, however, to reiterate it is not included in the rental. We do wish you well on future rentals.
