About this property

A spacious, beautiful single story floorplan fully remodeled in 2020. Enjoy a large backyard with its own pool, small orchard, and grassy area for kids to play. Family and living rooms are next to kitchen and provide space for different groups while also fostering togetherness. Formal dining for family dinners. Multiple outdoor patio spaces. Located in a beautiful, central area of Scottsdale within a mile from Whole Foods, Trader Joes, Sprouts, Wal-Mart, and Target, and Paradise Valley. Five minutes from Kierland.

AMAZING STAY!!! DO NOT MISS OUT!! JUST BOOK IT!

My husband, young son, myself, and a few friends rented Catherine’s Scottsdale home for a little sunshine getaway. We have all used home rental sites many times and can easily say this was the best experience we have ever had. Catherine was SUPER responsive and went above and beyond - a juicer arrived for us to even make fresh juice from the oranges and grapefruit growing in the yard!! The home was beautiful and obviously well loved and cared for. Our son loved running around in the private yard and playing in the pool. We enjoyed relaxing in the large living room and kitchen. Also, the master bedroom and bathroom is to die for. Whether you have kids or not, this was a great home. Very accommodating for young children. We hope it is still available to rent in the future as we would definitely return. Cannot recommend highly enough! Just book it now, you’ll be happy you did!

Fantastic house, great location, very responsive owner

We recently stayed at Tatum Place for a long weekend with our family. The house was recently renovated and in very good condition and as shown in the pictures. Family friendly with toys/activities for the kids and adults. Location was great and within a short drive of restaurants, shopping, hiking, etc.. Owner was very responsive and extremely helpful throughout our stay, they even checked in after a couple days to see if we needed anything. No complaints at all, would highly recommend.

Great relaxing getaway

I was looking for a beautiful property where I could just relax and forget about the stress of everyday life for a few days. Catherine’s home delivered. It was beautifully decorated, with a lovely pool that was great for the hot days, and a wonderful deep soaking tub for relaxation in the master bathroom. I loved the high tech appliances, and all of the natural light. Also loved having such a huge space just for me, in a cute, quiet neighborhood.
