About this property

Peaceful Sedona Sanctuary I Private Creek Access

A peaceful Sedona sanctuary with immaculate views of Chavez Canyon, two spacious decks for gathering, and a private guest-only trail to Oak Creek.

Ideal for conscious families and facilitators seeking a grounding space for rest, reconnection, and transformation.

Thoughtfully designed with indoor-outdoor flow, nourishing energy, and space to come home to yourself. This is more than a stay- it's a space that holds you.

This sacred Sedona home has been blessed three times by Tibetan monks under the Dalai Lama. Their presence and prayers have imbued the space with profound peace, protection, and healing energy—something our guests feel the moment they arrive.

Whether you're a conscious family seeking reconnection or a facilitator holding space, this home offers grounding, beauty, and intentional design to support your journey.

With immaculate views of Chavez Canyon, two spacious outdoor decks, and a private guest-only trail to Oak Creek, this sanctuary invites you to slow down and come home to yourself.

DOWNSTAIRS:

180° Views: Enter into a formal living space with floor-to-ceiling windows, a working fireplace, and a small intentionally curated corner featuring self care tools and healing items to deepen your rest, reflection, and integration. This is a space that invites intentional gathering, whether its for heartfelt conversation, shared meals, or meaningful time together.

Dining Room: Share meals with canyon views around a table for 10. A 4-seat breakfast nook on the opposite side of the kitchen offers a cozy spot for morning tea or journaling.

Deck #1 & Oak Creek Access: Step onto the main deck overlooking Chavez Crossing—perfect for sunrise yoga, cacao, or slow afternoons. From here, a private trail leads you down to a secluded stretch of Oak Creek for grounding walks, meditation, or dipping into nature’s rhythms.

Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances and eco-conscious touches like non-toxic cleaning supplies, plus coffee and tea.

Water Room (Bedroom 1): Located downstairs, this queen room is inspired by the flow of water and features large windows with natural light and calming views.

Bathroom 1: Full bathroom downstairs—ideal for guests in the Water Room.

Laundry Room: New LG Smart washer/dryer, non toxic laundry detergent, and oxi booster provided.

UPSTAIRS

Fire Room (Master Suite): The upstairs primary suite features a king bed, peaceful seating area, and panoramic canyon views. The en suite bathroom includes a soaking tub, walk-in shower, dual vanities, and a spacious walk-in closet.

Upstairs Lounge: A casual living space with a large sectional (queen pullout), perfect for winding down with loved ones or preparing for rest after a day on the land.

Deck #2 + Fire Pit: Just outside, the second patio features a fire pit and outdoor seating surrounded by twisted juniper trees—a natural sign of the area’s powerful vortex energy.

Air Room (Bedroom 3): Queen bed, writing desk, and gorgeous red rock views—ideal for working, dreaming, or journaling.

Earth Room (Bedroom 4): Two full beds with soft linens and grounding energy. Oversized windows offer more views of the sacred red rocks.

Bathroom 3: A full guest bathroom with walk-in shower just off the lounge and guest rooms.

THE ENERGY OF THIS SPACE:

This is more than just a place to stay—it’s a sanctuary for transformation. Guests consistently describe a feeling of peace the moment they step through the doors. Whether you're reuniting with family or guiding a private retreat, this space is here to hold you, reflect you, and reconnect you to what matters most.

Please note: This is not a party house. We lovingly welcome quiet, intentional guests who respect the land and the energy it holds.

Hi there! We are Roger and Kristen Mansourian and Sedona has such a special place in our heart. We first fell in love in Sedona, then decided to get married there and now we have a beautiful place that we can't wait to share with you all. Our home is blessed by Tibetan Monks and we welcome those who want to disconnect and find solitude in Sedona. Our space has held elopements, family gatherings, and retreats so we look forward to hosting you in our sacred place.

Why they chose this property

There are very few homes, if any, that boasts views, luxurious home with amenities, AND a private hiking trail down to the creek. It only takes 5-7 minutes to get down to the creek and about 10 - 15 minutes to get back depending on what shape you are in.

The creek is extremely private and there is a HUGE rock about 30 feet by 20 feet which you can lay on. You can sit facing upstream or downstream and take in the natural healing of energy of nature and do yoga or meditate.

Floor to ceiling views from the main downstairs living area!

Views from every single room!

10 Minutes from Uptown & Tlaquapaque but still very secluded & private!

What makes this property unique

Blessed by Tibetan monks! We were lucky enough to have 4 Tibetan Monks from the Garden Shartse Norling Monastery in India conduct a private blessing of our property on 8/16/2021. It was such a blessing to have them visit our property and our main blessing request was to have our guests have a special and magical time on their stay :)
