Manasota Key is one of the best kept secrets on the Gulf coast. "Villa Janet" is only 1 block to the Gulf and walking distance to the local restaurants and shopping. We have 3 Villas that can be rented individually or as a group.
"Villa Janet" and "Villa Jack" are 1 bedrooms w/pull-out couch and 1 bath(sleeps 4). "Villa Chrissy" is a 3bedroom/2 bath (sleeps 9). Each unit has its own private entrance and a shared area in the back with outdoor furniture and grill.

My husband and I are from Baltimore, Maryland. We purchased this home to have a place to go and enjoy the beauty and serenity of Manasota Key. We know you will love everything about the area. This is also our home that we use many months out of the year so please treat it like it is yours. We are happy to share our sweet piece of heaven.
Why they chose this property
We love Manasota Key. We are located in a great location on the key. The Gulf of Mexico is 300 ft from our home. We can walk to the end of the key (south) to Stump Pass and enjoy the park and the Manasota Key Resort which serves food and drinks. We can also walk North and enjoy the many restaurants and Chadwick Park for fishing and launching our boat. We are sure you will enjoy it as much as we do. We choose Manasota Key for the laid-back beach vibe. You immediately feel relaxed the minute you drive over the bridge. The people are friendly and kind. The sunsets are indescribable and never get old.
