We could not have asked for better accommodations. House was clean and comfortable. Loved the property as a whole. Vista views of Lemon Bay. We fished from the beach and caught over 150 fish, including Ladyfish, Black Drum and Jack Cravels. I caught a good size Redfish, but not of legal size to keep. Hope to return soon and would definitely rebook this property.

We were looking for a quiet week sitting on the beach, getting away from winter. The property was perfect! Owners next door checked up on us to make sure everything was fine. They had great restaurant suggestions. Property was very clean and had everything we needed. Location was perfect for us. Highly recommend!

The property was great. Never got the Wi-Fi to work. The network was not listed. Location is great to get to the beach and lots of places to eat. The bed is a full size. Would have been nice to have at least been a queen size for a little more room. Overall great place to stay.

We recently upgraded the Wi-Fi network and the instructions specifying the network are included with the instructions emailed to the guests. The bedroom has a queen size bed. We always encourage guests to contact us. If there are any issues or problems. We are only a phone call away.

Peaceful location

We had a great stay! Everything was just as listed in VRBO, direct beach access across the street, manatees every evening on the bay side and so quiet and peaceful day and night! Communication was amazing for check in/out and also quick responses with any questions we had. The cottage itself was nicer than expected and plenty of space for 2 ppl.

Kozy Kottage was clean and well appointed as described. Check in and check out were smooth and easy. The location is ideal for easy access to the beach and the bay. The hosts were great with communication and their attention to details made this a most enjoyable vacation. A trip to the Venice Audubon rookery is a must for bird lovers. Beachcomber restaurant was a favorite spot for a sandwich and a drink while watching the boats in the bay. Manasota Key is truly one of our favorite places.

Fantastic!

The Kottage was very clean and the perfect size for two people! Check in was very easy and the location was great. It was a short walk to the private beach, which had amazing sunset views! The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. We would love to stay here again in the future!

Perfect Getaway

The property was perfect for us. Loved the layout and easy access to the kayak launch and to the beach. Neighborhood was really quiet. We hadn't gotten away for a while and it was such a relaxing stay. Perfect weather, perfect accommodations, great kayaking and beach time. We loved it.

Quiet haven

The small apartment was perfect for 2. It has everything you need. Just a quick short walk to the beautiful beach. Always love Manasota Key. Had pretty crummy weather but still a nice vacation.
