Welcome to Stump Pass Place on Manasota Key. A perfect mix of comfort, nature and unmatched amenities. Just a 3 minute walk to our neighborhood beach or a just 4 minute walk to Stump Pass State Park at the end of our street. Here you can go to the beach, launch the water toys, and making lifelong memories. Stump Pass State Park has one of the most beautiful pristine beaches in all of Florida!

Located on the southern tip of Manasota Key, we enjoy offering couples and family's a wonderful value added vacation and a great guest experience as well. Make sure to take full advantage of our FREE Kayaks, Sups, beach cruiser bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, coolers and much more!

NO ferries or water taxi needed. Just drive over the bridge to our island and enjoy your freedom and spontaneity.

Lush tropical landscaping will lead you to your suite. Enter the open floor plan, living room, dining area and fully stocked kitchen. Cook, dine, or relax in your own back yard patio. This area is truly a tropical paradise complete with Weber grill, commercial grade outdoor table, chairs, chaise lounges, lush landscaping and soft night lighting. Don't forget to experience showering in our custom made outdoor showers. There's just nothing like showering outside under they blue sky and tropical palm trees.

The wildlife here is amazing! You will see pelicans diving for fish, osprey in tree tops, and herons on the beach. Dolphins and manatee are always swimming the shoreline and sea turtles choose this paradise to lay their eggs. Don't forget to bring your camera! Also make sure to look down in the sand. Prehistoric shark teeth and beautiful shells are never hard to find and are abundant on the beaches of the Key. Go shelling then return home to rinse your souvenirs in our custom made Shell Cleaning Station.

Bring your friends and family! There are four other individual suites on site and two other duplexes right next door "The Highview" and "The Pool House".

Our community pool is located just ten minutes from the house inside the Ann & Chuck Dever Regional park, 7001 San Casa Dr Englewood34223. Phone number 941-683-3743. The cost is $3 a day per person. For a pool on site see our VRBO listing numbers 2115647, 2117585 and 2116971.

Remember, bikes, kayaks, Stand up paddle boards and so much more are located on site and included with your rental! No additional fees or charges! Have fun on us!

Just the perfect beach bungalow for all the things we love to do. The location can’t be beat! A few minutes walk to the beach and Stump pass state park. Used the kayaks almost every day. Short walk to the launching beach. Saw dolphins every day but one. Lots of cool shark teeth to collect on the beach and what amazing sunsets! Loved being able to spray off our feet at the shell washing station on the side. The condo was spotless and looks very recently refreshed and updated. Everything we needed was there for a comfortable week. Full kitchen that we used daily. Why spend time in restaurants when you can be on the beach or in the water?! An extra highlight is the bald eagle nest just across the street. Looks like there’s some baby eagles being cared for by attentive parents. Lots of other birds to see too. The back patio is super nice - for morning reading in the shade or afternoon sun soaking. We are return customers and hope to return here again next time we travel to Manasota Key.

Great Place in a Great Beach Town

We really enjoyed our time. The property was a quick walk to the beach. This property has beach carts, beach chairs, sand toys, Kayaks, and Paddleboards. Everything is in good condition and taken care of as well.

Quiet Getaway

I’ve stayed at many of this properties homes before and I’m always beyond impressed with the quality and amenities they provide. Always makes it harder to leave with the private outdoor area, outdoor shower, and beach and kayaking essentials!! Can’t recommend this property enough and can’t wait to stay again!!

This was a great vacation place! Everything was very clean! They have thought of everything that you need, from beach chairs, beach towels, noodles, boogie boards, sand toys, coolers, bikes, kayaks and stand up surf boards! It also had a washer and dryer. We will definitely come here again in the future!

Really nice!

Place is super clean and stocked with everything you need for the beach. My only complaint is the pull out couch is not comfortable at all. Also why not a box of Kleenex? Overall a great place to stay, relax and enjoy the beach and great sunsets!

Very clean, everything you needed for a beach vacation was provided: beach chairs, towels, kayaks, bikes and a trolley to push it all to the beach, which was a very short walk. Private patio with chairs, lounges, umbrella table & grill. it was a wonderful week, everything you would need was thought of & provided.

Everything was fantastic. super close to beach and stump pass where u launch kayaks and paddleboards. all amenities were plentiful and in great shape. very nice. a great value for the money. beautiful beaches that aren't over crowded and area is not overly touristy. was a great vacation.

Sea shells on the sea shore!

My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay! The kitchen is equipped with everything that was needed and we enjoyed our mornings on the patio. Everything was nice and clean and the towels smelled great (a detail that we always pay attention to). The walk to the beach was a little further than I had expected, but definitely not a deal breaker; and we collected a ton of beautiful shells during the week that we were there!

We enjoyed our stay in Englewood. The location was convenient to the beach which was important to my wife. The condo worked out well for us. We really liked the designated parking spot for each condo. We weren’t able to use them for our stay, but was nice to have kayaks, paddle boards, bikes, etc. available. Will use them if we come back. Thank you for letting us be there.

After exploring Florida's Gulf coast for the perfect slice of paradise we kept coming back to the little unknown island called Manasota Key. The perfect mix of peace and quiet, nature, and some fun Key West style restaurants just up the road. Anything else you need or want is just off island .
