Je suis désolée , mais vous avez signalé que vous aviez 2 petits chiens ce que j'ai accepté, mais à aucun moment vous avez signalé qu'une personne était à mobilité réduite. Sinon je vous aurai déconseillé de louer; avec un escalier et les toilettes à l'étage, je comprends que cela ait pu être très pénalisant, mais c'est clair sur l'annonce.
